    We recently had a Williams Comfort Air/Mr. Plumber representative, Christian M., come out to inspect our current equipment. Christian was exceptional—no pressure sales tactics, just honest and helpful advice. He confirmed that our equipment was running smoothly but also suggested some improvements for the future. Christian was genuinely focused on helping us, not just making a sale. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. When the time comes for any repairs or new installations, Mr. Plumber will be our first call. We truly appreciate the excellent service and will remember this experience fondly. Thank you, Christian, for your outstanding support!

    Not a good experience. (Friday) Contractor removed a humidistat that I'm still not convinced was broken ($200), then he cut and re-ran a water line which also was not the problem ($450), then, while the system was in parts on the floor suggested to replace a $20 solenoid ($450), which I should NEVER have accepted, but in the heat of the moment, did. This allowed the humidifier to kick on (very loudly) and it still never worked well enough to affect the humidity. Called to complain a couple hours later. Person on the phone scheduled a follow-up WITH A SUPERVISOR for Monday. Monday comes and it's the same tech who did the work who comes to the door... and no supervisor. Tech then states 'The only thing left is to replace the unit. For what you've spent already we could have done that. I probably should have said something up front to that effect.' No kidding. Don't mess with Williams. Get a handyman with a proper hourly labor rate and who doesn't gouge you when the work is half complete and strewn about the floor. *Edit - Williams called and has someone scheduled to replace the humidifier at their cost on 3/18. Will continue to update. *Edit 2 - Williams sent a supervisor who replaced the humidifier gratis. Thank you Williams for making this right.

    We recently had a new furnace, AC and humidifier installed at our home by Joe, Jeremy and Brian T. at Williams Comfort Air. We were absolutely blown away with these guys and how well they worked together as a team. They were all friendly, super respectful and left our home cleaner than when they arrived. Best part? They loved on our rescue pup and tolerated her snooping around while they worked. Of all our years as homeowners, this was by far the BEST experience we’ve ever had with a service company.     Multiple members of the Williams Comfort Air team helped me when the blower motor on my furnace crashed during a time of frigid temperatures. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was home and noticed when something didn’t sound right with my furnace. Devon came out that evening and did all he could to get heat for me. Unfortunately, the unit I have isn’t common (of course). He called the next day to offer a replacement blower motor, however, I’d already decided it was time to replace the entire unit as I was aware of other looming problems. Austin was over the next business day, thanks to Devon quickly scheduling, to discuss options. He’s very knowledgeable, and he answered any/all questions. Adonis and Edward were over the next day to install a furnace and heat pump. These two worked diligently the entire day (no breaks) to get the units installed and working. Again, very professional, courteous, and they cleaned up everything when finished. I was shown how to work the new thermostat, and as I’d been told by others, call if there’s a question or problem. I received error messages (via app) overnight, called, and Austin was over that day to adjust some settings. The system has been working as expected, and I’m grateful to have reliable heat. Thanks to all of the gentlemen mentioned above for doing great work in a professional, conscientious and friendly manner. I’m thankful to be a Williams Comfort Air customer.

    Williams Comfort Air did a great job servicing my furnace. The technician (Sam) called ahead, was on time, professional, and explained everything clearly. The service was efficient, and I appreciate the helpful maintenance follow up after completing the job.. Overall, a positive experience.
