Multiple members of the Williams Comfort Air team helped me when the blower motor on my furnace crashed during a time of frigid temperatures. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
I was home and noticed when something didn’t sound right with my furnace. Devon came out that evening and did all he could to get heat for me. Unfortunately, the unit I have isn’t common (of course). He called the next day to offer a replacement blower motor, however, I’d already decided it was time to replace the entire unit as I was aware of other looming problems.
Austin was over the next business day, thanks to Devon quickly scheduling, to discuss options. He’s very knowledgeable, and he answered any/all questions.
Adonis and Edward were over the next day to install a furnace and heat pump. These two worked diligently the entire day (no breaks) to get the units installed and working. Again, very professional, courteous, and they cleaned up everything when finished. I was shown how to work the new thermostat, and as I’d been told by others, call if there’s a question or problem.
I received error messages (via app) overnight, called, and Austin was over that day to adjust some settings. The system has been working as expected, and I’m grateful to have reliable heat.
Thanks to all of the gentlemen mentioned above for doing great work in a professional, conscientious and friendly manner. I’m thankful to be a Williams Comfort Air customer.

The sales person was very informative and suggested several things to save me money as well as get a rebate from the government.
The installers were great, neat and very informative. The shop making the sheet metal made a transition piece wrong but the installer made-up a new one on site to take care of it. It took the installer extra time and it would have been better in appearance if made in the shop.
Great Company to work with.

We are 100% satisfied with the service. Roger C. is the technician, and was on time, professional, really knows his stuff. His bio is that he has been with Williams Comfort Air for 16 years. This speaks well of both Roger and also Williams Comfort Air. We have a maintenance contract with the company and we find it practical, cost effective and it gives us peace of mind. Thank you Roger and thank you Williams Comfort Air.

They broke a piece while 'cleaning' my furnace causing me to need to fix the piece as it began to leak shortly after they left. I had only called for a tune up and was told there were no issues other than it was getting older and probably not as efficient as I would have liked it to be, but I already knew that. When I called about the piece being broken, they told me that the plastic was not maleable and it was easily broken and there was not much they could do to compensate me for the situation. I guess I'm glad the condensate trap was external and I'm not afraid to attempt small repairs on my own otherwise their service call price $150, plus labor $79/ hr, plus their idea of how much the piece should cost $200; ended up costing me only - $88. And I truly think they broke the piece on purpose because, I had requested to have maintenance service and was never called for follow up after I called to complain about then breaking that piece.

My sales person MIKE was very knowledgeable and professional. Very prompt. He did a great job coordinating the install. The installation guys did a great job and left everything in tiptop shape and gave me a complete explanation of everything they did and how to work the new equipment.
I would highly recommend Williams ‘s comfort air to anyone!
