This place is reckless. Be very caful before you do busniess with this place. There wild. My experience is they havnt done anything to care about anyone they feel is beeneath them. I dont leave many reviews, but this is outlandish behavior and needs adressed. No wonder there being sued !!!! Call AEY electrical of fort wayne they care abt ppl and deserve the work plus there priced fairly.

Be very carful before you do busniess with this place. Iv done my reaserch and this places owners clearly likes to horass and make wild accusations towrds the general public when they do something wrong and wont make it right. Do your research. This place is likely to screw you over and do everything they can to make you regret taking them to court for there mistakes no matter how respectful you are. I would call AEY electrical of fort wayne. They wont harm you!

Having dealings with this company since 1970 I find this family owned business excellent people to deal with. I believe we are now personal friends. They have very high standards and easy to deal with. Great electrical company on 4th generation family members.
Trust them totally.

Terrible customer service! I've made two attempts to make an appointment. After being recommended by a friend. The first attempt I was told by the lady that answered the phone that "they was booked and wouldn't take an appointment." So I called back at a later date, hoping to schedule a date to have some work done. The gentleman that answered the phone took my information and informed me that "they would reach back out to me to come to my home within two weeks." I never heard back from them.
Actions speak louder than words. Their actions spoke in volumes! I would and will not recommend their services to anyone. After seeing how they treat a customer. Not to mention a potentially new customer...

We had a tree knock out power lines and our meter base on a weekend and the team from West Electric was at our house by 7:45 am Monday. They called me right away, put in a new unit, and even took care of making sure the city inspector signed off that day so that we could get our power turned back on by the evening. Exceptional and fast service. The owner even stopped by 2 days later to make sure everything was done right and to ask if we had any follow up questions.
