Very nice and helpful staff. The doctor was very efficient and took my momentarily unique scheduling difficulties into account and gave me options and solutions that made my next few weeks much easier to deal with. The building itself is a hub of activity. They cover the whole range of dental care from simple cleanings to in house oral surgery. They also have reasonable financing and an in house insurance program. Very impressed.

I absolutely adore Morgan! I refuse to see anyone else when I go for my ortho appointments. She put on my braces and was so gentle and took her time. She is precise, kind, answers my questions, and is just all around a sweet human ☺️! Village dental is where I got for dental as well. The entire staff is so kind, professional while also being warm and welcoming. 10/10 - I won’t go anywhere else!

I had a great experience with Village Dental. Laura was especially helpful throughout the whole process and made everything easy to understand. I went in to get fitted for a sleep apnea mouth guard because I was looking for an alternative to using a CPAP machine every night. The fit was very precise and they made sure it was comfortable on both my upper and lower teeth. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I’m really glad I decided to go this route and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for another option besides a CPAP.

This is the worse most unprofessional dental place I've ever dealt with in my life.
The set up for the children is nice in scenery. The staff is incompetent and rude. It's like they hired high school "mean girls".
I took my (8yr) son for a check up last year. The dentist entered the room with the treatment plan for him and COMPLETELY UNPROVOKED, she began explaining that they do not take Medicaid at their establishment. (I am a woman of color). I was so taken back by it that at first I just glared at her to figure out how serious she was being. I asked her why she felt the need to say that to me and she responded, "I just wanted you to know that we do not accept Medicaid here" and she repeated that about three more times. I felt so embarrassed as if i was being violated.
She eventually apologized after we had a whole back and forth about it but i felt the most uncomfortable i've ever felt and i no longer trusted any of the staff with my son.
They also mentioned that my son had five cavities and I took him to get a second opinion and he had absolutely none.
They refused to email my information over to my new dental office (Ingalls Family Dental, which is the best dental office I have ever experienced btw.) I called them twice and they told me the first time they would call my new dental office and obtain the email but they never did. I called back and gave them the email my self and they still did not send it over. The lady at the front desk who answers the phone is a complete child and displays no level of professionalism. I am so happy I found another Dental office for me and my family.
