A few weeks ago we ran into a bit of a emergency after normal business hours. While the first few companies I called were not able to get someone out until the next day, Martin was the only provider willing to come out that night. After calling around 8:00PM, he was at our home by 8:30PM and had the job completed by 9:15PM. He was professional, friendly, and completed the job to a degree that exceeded our expectations. True Service saved us a ton of hassle and will be our first call going forward with any project where we can use them. Could not recommend more highly.

These guys installed new lighting in my home quickly and efficiently. Love my new smart lights so I don't have to be in the dark all the time. I use them on every project even hanging tvs These guys are great honest and competitive. Honestly I'll never call anyone else as long as The owner Martin is still around

Martin has done electrical work for us twice now. He is always super courteous, professional, and informative. He works quickly and we have been very happy with service both times. We trust that True Service is always upfront and honest with us and we won’t ever go to anyone else for electrical work anymore! Thanks for helping us get our home in working order, True Service!

I rarely write a review. This company deserves a 5 star review.
I had a 100 amp main breaker fail. Unfortunatley the breaker was very old, obsolete and no longer available. So, the breaker box needed to be replaced. I get it, these do have a service life. The first vendor I had out was fine but the estimated cost seem way more than one would exect. Also there was a sales pitch to sign up for other services. I found through the process, that the price changed to something they thought I might bite on. I would think on something like this, I would not need to negotiate as it's a common repair.
So for a gut check I'd called some other vendors for estimates. Thankfully, True Services was available to take a look. I could not have asked for a better experience. Martin is a pro. After a thorough inspection he explained why the failure happened and offered choices of remedy. We agreed on a solution and the price was very right compared to the other company. In the end I was upgraded to 200 amp service with whole house surge protection at 64% to the last estimate that was for just the minimum replacement (obviously, this could vary wildly but that was my circumstance). Laura and Martin definitely helped me out A-Z, and in the process took a load of stress off of me. Laura set things up and Martin and his great team did the work. Brass tacks of this business from my perspective; honest, competitive, on time, competent, quick, accurate, polite and a real pleasure to work with. As well, the pricing was way more in line with what I would have expected, zero pressure to do anything, and Martin was able to provide more than one solution and price points in my situation. I will call them back any time I need electrical assistance from people I trust, and would recommend others to do the same.
