The technician arrived on time, and went right to work. He did a great job checking everything out and cleaned the outdoor condenser. He actually found a small issue that would have eventually been a much bigger problem had he not found it. I appreciate his hard work and experience. Finally, I was very glad I used Mission Mechanical for this service. I highly recommend them and plan to continue working with them in the future.

This was my first experience with Thorton, and it was an amazing experience. Jackson was the name of the service representative, he was very polite, he did a good job explaining everything, and he was a great representative of the company.
I had used another service company for more than 5 years and because of this first service call, Thornton is now my go-to company.

It has been a couple of days since Ryan P repaired my refrigeration unit for my wine cellar. It is quiet and working beautifully. Ryan examined every part of the unit to make sure everything was in working order. He didn’t simply fix the broken part. He walked me through the problems and gave helpful suggestions. I highly recommend his work.

James and his partner that Aaron sent out here are seasoned professionals. They communicated with me very well and respected my home. They came out and did the job when they said they were going to do it and completed it when they said it would be completed. I would welcome these guys back to my home without any doubt.
