In my final assessment of the 3 excellent Furnace / Plumbing companies for replacing our 18 yr old Carrier furnace/AC, I chose Thorton. The value proposition they presented was superior to the others. I even visited Thornton and was very impressed with their commitment to provide not only the ideal furnace/AC unit for our home in Pebblebrook but follow up on exceptional timely installation today. Lukas and Dre were prompt, detailed, focused and thorough...got er done in under 8 hrs, and did not even finish the donuts I brought! They took it over the top with extra items & work to make it the best appearance too. Bill, the Sr service tech who met with me initially to evaluate my needs was right there too in the beginning to make sure they had all the items and resources needed, and at the end to check over everything and take time with us to explain the high tech thermostat with wifi access. As a professional executive recruiter who assesses high producing talent for my clients, these three "hit the ball out of the park" in my book. Thank you so much! TMT

The technician arrived on time, and went right to work. He did a great job checking everything out and cleaned the outdoor condenser. He actually found a small issue that would have eventually been a much bigger problem had he not found it. I appreciate his hard work and experience. Finally, I was very glad I used Mission Mechanical for this service. I highly recommend them and plan to continue working with them in the future.

This was my first experience with Thorton, and it was an amazing experience. Jackson was the name of the service representative, he was very polite, he did a good job explaining everything, and he was a great representative of the company.
I had used another service company for more than 5 years and because of this first service call, Thornton is now my go-to company.

It has been a couple of days since Ryan P repaired my refrigeration unit for my wine cellar. It is quiet and working beautifully. Ryan examined every part of the unit to make sure everything was in working order. He didn’t simply fix the broken part. He walked me through the problems and gave helpful suggestions. I highly recommend his work.
