I had these guys out for 2 jobs. They did my fall HVAC maintenance and they were great. They let me know that the water to my humidifier was not working and coordinated their plumber to come out to fix that for me. The guys are awesome - they even wear booties so they don't bring dirt into the house.

In my final assessment of the 3 excellent Furnace / Plumbing companies for replacing our 18 yr old Carrier furnace/AC, I chose Thorton. The value proposition they presented was superior to the others. I even visited Thornton and was very impressed with their commitment to provide not only the ideal furnace/AC unit for our home in Pebblebrook but follow up on exceptional timely installation today. Lukas and Dre were prompt, detailed, focused and thorough...got er done in under 8 hrs, and did not even finish the donuts I brought! They took it over the top with extra items & work to make it the best appearance too. Bill, the Sr service tech who met with me initially to evaluate my needs was right there too in the beginning to make sure they had all the items and resources needed, and at the end to check over everything and take time with us to explain the high tech thermostat with wifi access. As a professional executive recruiter who assesses high producing talent for my clients, these three "hit the ball out of the park" in my book. Thank you so much! TMT

James and his partner that Aaron sent out here are seasoned professionals. They communicated with me very well and respected my home. The technician arrived on time, and went right to work. He did a great job checking everything out and cleaned the outdoor condenser. He actually found a small issue that would have eventually been a much bigger problem had he not found it. I appreciate his hard work and experience. Finally, I was very glad I used Mission Mechanical for this service. I highly recommend them and plan to continue working with them in the future.

Jon came out to quote on a new HVAC system, scheduled installation a few days later.
My techs, Logan and Gilbert, were OUTSTANDING and very capable, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything.
