Decided to take a random stop & scooby snack. This is we’re we landed! They literally had just opened for the day & we were immediately welcomed in. It’s a chill spot. And conversation flows just like the beer on tap. Food? Oh yes! Tried the artichoke dip, it’s delicious! Beer nicely chilled. Glad we stopped!

The atmosphere was nice. Well lit, well decorated. The food was fantastic! I would recommend the crab Rangoon dip, and the Mushroom Swiss burger. They were out of the wine my wife ordered. And i hat the Stable Old Fashion, w/Buffalo trace. Well the drink was very strong. Could’ve been made better. But overall was a good place to eat.

I have reviewed this in the past, and I would like to update. I have been here many times since my previous review, and the food quality has increased. They have a pretty good menu with multiple items and styles with a local flair. They do a really good job of making some oddball pizza (try the cheeseburger pizza) good day one and good as leftovers in the airfryer! Service is a bit disorganized but friendly. Still miss the hand-cut fry's, you should bring those back.

This place needs to be on a list because their pizza is the bomb! One of the best in Indiana. If you live in Pendleton and have not had pizza from The Stable yet go get some right now! Great service, lots of great seating, and delicious food!

It's a bar and loud and people have spirited fun.
Burgers were good and the onions rings have a fish batter that is wonderful.
They pizza isn't anything to write home about.
