Well I have dwelled on this review. After a lot of thought I will have to say that the food we had was mediocre at best. The reason being not that the food was bad but it wasn't great either.
I had the Pot Roast and actually it had great flavor but presentation is everything. Most Pot Roast that I have had has carrots, celery and sometimes Pearl onions and there was none of that. It was served over mashed potatoes and that was it. I got a side of green beans. Not even a roll or bread. It wasn't appetizing to look at but as I said it had good flavor. It would have been better as a beef Manhattan provided it had all the indelibles that go with that.
Next was the Salmon patties. A bland flavor the sides were good. I always compare Salmon patties to Old Trails and these were not in the same ballpark.
Our service was very good and the atmosphere needs some change.
I personally think the tools are there for the food and someone needs to rethink the Pot Roast or change the presentation. The Salmon patties shouldn't be served with Remoulde sauce on the patties but on the side. More flavor should be added to patties.
We will come back to try other menu items.
We had the chicken wings. I'll stop there.

We stopped in for lunch after we were doing some errands, and the food was fantastic, friendly service. The manager spent time talking to us about the Shrimp pasta sauce, and asked how we felt about the place and the food. I highly recommend stopping in here for lunch, or dinner.

I’ve been on a bit of a tenderloin kick lately, so I drove down the road to The Bank Restaurant for their “Pendleton Tender”. It’s their “Big Porker” tenderloin with pepper jack cheese, BBQ sauce & bacon. It’s a good sized sandwich- not a “fold in half” tenderloin, but it was definitely bigger than the bun. The pepperjack, bacon, and bbq toppings were a good addition to the sandwich. They didn’t have pickled jalapeños (a personal favorite addition to my tenderloins), but they offered some fresh jalapeños and vinegar. I give them an A+ for the extra effort!
The fries were good, but nothing to really brag about. Seemed like the typical seasoned fries from a bag. Nothing wrong with them, but they didn’t match the quality of the sandwich.
The only down side of the whole visit- the mustard lid needed cleaned, and the ketchup wasn’t even opened. From one extreme to the other! LOL Not a big deal, though.
Zachary (my waiter) was friendly and very descriptive about the specials, too.
If you find yourself in Pendleton, stop and check it out! I would certainly come back.

First time here, on 5/7. Stopped in for lunch while on a road trip and was NOT disappointed! Im posting pictures of a Bank Burger, and a small Breaded Pork Tenderloin (we enjoyed the fried green tomatoes before I took a picture). Everything- food, service, atmosphere -was perfect! I would recommend everyone to come here and enjoy a meal.

The fried green tomatoes are to die for and the breaded tenderloin is delicious. The atmosphere is inviting and our server Darren was knowledgeable about the menu. He went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dinning experience.
