Charles Strunk is excellent technician! Super friendly, honest and went straight to the problem. He also went out of his way to put covers over his shoes after crawling underneath the church! The dispatch/scheduler was very pleasant and accommodating throughout the entire process. All of the plumbers we worked with (Dakota, Clark, Caleb, and Ricky) were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. If you are looking for a reliable and honest HVAC company, look no further than Summers - specifically Dalton Kurtz and Josh. As someone who doesn't know the first thing about air conditioning, I was nervous about calling for service. The technicians were fantastic. They diagnosed the issue quickly, provided great service, and most importantly, didn't try to oversell me or push expensive warranties. Just honest, high-quality work. I had an appointment today with Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling to look into purchasing and installing a new toilet, as well as repairing a leaky faucet—and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service.
I called ahead to confirm my appointment since I’ve had a busy week, and I was glad I did. My technician, Charles, was already finishing up a nearby job and arrived within about 10 minutes.
From the moment he arrived, Charles was incredibly thorough and professional. He took the time to ask questions, assess the space for the new toilet, and make thoughtful recommendations. When we moved to the second bathroom, he quickly diagnosed the issue with the leak and explained that the faucet would need repair or replacement. He also asked about my preferences for finishes and styles, which I really appreciated.
Charles provided a detailed quote and went over everything line by line, including explaining worst-case scenarios so I knew exactly what to expect. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I fully understood the process. I was able to move forward with scheduling the repairs right away.
He even went the extra mile by helping me connect with another department regarding a thermostat question I had, which was incredibly helpful.
This was my first time dealing with home repairs on this level, and having someone who took the time to educate me and answer all my questions made a huge difference. I’ve been using Summers for about two years now, and every experience has been consistently professional, respectful, and reliable.
