We have repeatedly had issues with Summers after routine service visits, and it’s become extremely frustrating.
Over the years, we’ve experienced multiple problems that were caused or overlooked during service:
* Our furnace wasn’t turned back on after a service appointment in the middle of winter, and we woke up to a freezing house.
* During an A/C service, the condensate drain was caulked over, which caused water to back up and flood our utility room, resulting in water damage.
* When a faucet was installed, the sink stopper/drain assembly was not installed correctly, requiring another service visit to fix the issue.
* Most recently, our air conditioner was serviced on Wednesday, and by Saturday morning it wasn’t working at all.
The customer service experience has also gone downhill. It’s extremely difficult to speak with an actual person because you’re routed through AI for scheduling and call screening. When we have managed to speak with technicians, it’s concerning to hear members of the service team talking about each other not doing their jobs correctly. That doesn’t inspire confidence when you’re trusting a company with your home’s heating and cooling systems.
We understand that mistakes can happen, but when nearly every service visit results in another issue, it becomes a pattern rather than an isolated incident. We’ve spent too much time dealing with preventable problems instead of simply enjoying a properly functioning HVAC system.
Because of these repeated experiences, we have decided that we will no longer be using Summers for our HVAC needs. We expected reliable service and accountability, but unfortunately, that has not been our experience.

We had a emergency call to get the heat working at my mom's house and a service tech by the name of Corey came out. Best service tech I've ever dealt with. Very friendly, knew his stuff and had us up and running in no time. Extremely nice to my grandparents also. He will be outlet go to guy.

Cameron was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional! He explained everything he needed to do, and answered all of my questions. He fixed the leak in a timely fashion. He even mopped up the water that was on the floor from the leak. He TRIPLE checked to make sure there was no more water leaking before he left, and I appreciate that type of attention to detail! I'm extremely happy and satisfied with his services! I highly recommend Cameron for all of your plumbing needs!

Don't ever hire Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling.. Here are several more clay piping they left behind after not completing a sewer job. It cost me $5,000 total and today is the 4th time I've spent digging up pieces they left behind...
