Chandler was awesome!! He was able to fix the issue quickly after I let him know what was going on. He also addressed the issue and made it right after I wait for emergency service overnight that never showed up. I’m happy with the service and price to fix the HVAC unit. Happy to have a warm house now considering it was in the negative temps.

Such a great company my parents are in their 80s and have trouble always getting things correct. Adam took time to explain what was happening and how to keep it from happening again. He was so patient and not bothered with repeating the same information at least twice maybe more. Appreciate this more than words can express.

Our furnace broke early on Sunday and Donovan Bukowski was able to come take a look the same day with an emergency appointment. He was very nice and thorough with his work. The breaker on the furnace needed to be replaced and my experience with both the promptness of him personally getting my part out as quickly as possible as well as the wonderful follow up interactions with their support staff on call was amazing and it felt like they genuinely cared. Very happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend.

Our water heater started leaking on Monday evening. We called Summers and Dave came out to give us a quote on a new one. Tyler and Gavin came out first thing on Tuesday and installed a new one. Tyler and Gavin were both very helpful and polite, and Tyler explained the installation process to me and gave updates on the work. They had it installed in 2 hours. Thank you for the great service. And special thanks to Nick and Jimmy who were wonderful about answering any questions I had. I really appreciate their professionalism and willingness to help.
