Sam was brought out today to help with what I was told was an HVAC issue by my roofing company. Ends up being the old façade was too rusty and didn’t have a long enough “perch” to go under the shingles. Sam helped us navigate this confusion by talking with us to the roofer to figure out a plan. Without Sam, I could have easily seen us paying far too much to fix a simple problem. Sam and summers will be making the new metal façade and the roofing company will pull up the shingles they need to and seal everything down. Can’t thank Sam enough for his help!!

From start to finish service was amazing the technician Micheal came and handle my issue within the hour .. SUMMERS have my business for life ! Always professional and I always recommend them to everyone!!

Dalton and Kaelan came and went through the AC system and noticed that things were off balanced and they will be coming back to do a system clean to make sure that we keep the system running smoothly for a good long time! Whenever I have the people from Summers come out, they always do a very good job of explaining what they are doing during the call and if anything in the future needs to be done. I absolutely recommend Summer's and nobody else.

The hottest week of the year so far and we woke Monday to no AC. Not a great Way to start the week, but Harold at Summers to the rescue! In less than two hours, he was able to diagnose and repair our problem. Professional, courteous, honest, and just an all-around nice guy-Can’t say enough about how great an experience it was!
Looking forward to working with Summers for preventative maintenance going forward!

Michael was great and had the AC fixed quickly once he arrived. 5 stars for technician. Knocking off 1 star for process of trying to get an appointment. I called Friday early afternoon and had to leave a message. No AC all weekend and I called again first thing Monday morning. Got a live person and was told someone would get with me quickly to let me know when they would be out so I would know whether to go to work or stay home. About 30 minutes later someone returned my message from Friday as if I hadn't called this morning and said someone would be out today but she had no idea when. I get it, it's summer and I wasn't an established customer, but the other company I've used always answers the phone during business hours and gives me a window for tech arriving.
