Sam was brought out today to help with what I was told was an HVAC issue by my roofing company. Ends up being the old façade was too rusty and didn’t have a long enough “perch” to go under the shingles. Sam helped us navigate this confusion by talking with us to the roofer to figure out a plan. Without Sam, I could have easily seen us paying far too much to fix a simple problem. Sam and summers will be making the new metal façade and the roofing company will pull up the shingles they need to and seal everything down. Can’t thank Sam enough for his help!!

From start to finish service was amazing the technician Micheal came and handle my issue within the hour .. SUMMERS have my business for life ! Always professional and I always recommend them to everyone!!

Devin was the truth, I mean he told me he would fix the situation and thats exactly what he did. Dakota helped as well although Devin maintained a level of diligence thats not usually seen when there is no money involved. Devin came out after everyone else had given up and fixed the issue in record time. Im forever Grateful for how Devin helped us save a ton of money and the level of respect he had, also how he communicated was very helpful and eased my anxiety. Thank you bro you found a friend in me for ETERNITY.

Michael was great and had the AC fixed quickly once he arrived. 5 stars for technician. Knocking off 1 star for process of trying to get an appointment. I called Friday early afternoon and had to leave a message. No AC all weekend and I called again first thing Monday morning. Got a live person and was told someone would get with me quickly to let me know when they would be out so I would know whether to go to work or stay home. About 30 minutes later someone returned my message from Friday as if I hadn't called this morning and said someone would be out today but she had no idea when. I get it, it's summer and I wasn't an established customer, but the other company I've used always answers the phone during business hours and gives me a window for tech arriving.

We recently needed plumbing service. We called Summers and they sent a techinician in a timely manner. Chuck Strunk was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was easy to work with! This was the first time using Summers. We highly recommend them and and will definitely use them in the future!
