I was extremely nervous for my tooth extraction and tried to learn everything I could the night before. I ended up with a list of questions that I wanted to ask before we started. When I went back they started with a numbing cream on a qtip against my gum, barely said anything to me, then left me alone. When they came back it was to immediately stab into my gums with the numbing agents, still not talking to me and talking to each other like I didn't exist, then leave me alone again. I never got to ask my questions and was crying in the chair. They didn't check to see if I was numb and when I showed discomfort they told me it was just the noise then went back to chatting away. The next time I winced they told me it's just pressure. Neither time was it just the noise or pressure. I held myself together until I was able to get out the door but was choking sobbing as I walked to the car. I have always genuinely loved going to the dentist and this experience has made me dread my next appointment as I'm worried they're going to tell me I need another pulled and I won't go through that again.

Dentist was really good. And gentle. Did not have a long wait at all. The person that was assisting him was super sweet and made me feel super comfortable.

Ok so I took my niece in for a first time visit. The staff was incredible. Sarah, Trinity and Katie took exceptional care of Logan who has special needs. Sarah even sang a beautiful song to Logan while cleaning her teeth And Dr. Douglas was so knowledgeable and kind in his care with her. I’m so glad we have found this office and staff. I highly recommend them.

Came in to see about a crown on one tooth, however my Medicaid insurance wouldn't cover the cost. Instead they did find a way to make a profit off of Medicaid by attempting to repair 3 tiny cavities. Problem is that they drilled them out to be large pockets to fill with what I call concrete mix.( Some type of cement filler.) The very young dentist that drilled the cavities much larger calls a girl in to do the filling and upon finishing gives her a lesson on what she could do better on next time. What? Someone in process of apprenticeship worked on my precious irreplaceable teeth. It was so rough that I constantly cut into my cheek until all the cement started falling back out. I just lost the last of it today, which leaves me with the big holes they drilled out exposed. One tooth being an insizor tooth directly in front. Please do your research on the dental practice that you choose. I had fairly nice looking teeth until I started frequenting dentists. Not always will it help you but only hinder your appearance and ability to eat. Ive had good work by other practices done in the past that I'll stand by them always but not here. I'm certain I'll get a reply stating that they are very concerned taking reviews seriously and would like to make it right but it will be just to trick me back into their door to get even more business from me to turn more of a profit. Thanks but No Thanks!

I suffer from extreme anxiety and going to the dentist makes it worse. I have to say from the moment the front lady talked to me until the moment I walked out, I was treated with respect. They went over every detail with me and explained everything. The Dr and his assistant were AMAZING! Checking on me throughout the process and being compassionate really helped. I will forever be a client here! Tha k you guys so much for restoring my faith in dentist's!
