Shane from S & B Heating & Cooling has done a great job. He came out on Monday to see why my Furnace was leaking. He found that the its was basically quiting. It was 30 years old. By Wednesday He was able to replace everything. Shane was very nice. He explained everything to us and made sure we knew what was going on. He is definitely someone we would 💯 % recommend to day. I am posting the before and after picture of his work. He cleaned everything up before he left.

Shane came to our home to do some general maintenance on our furnace. He was Right on time And told us exactly what we needed and what we did not need. Never tried to upsell us on anything. I love supporting small businesses And He will be back in our home again for sure. He was also very reasonable and fair on price. Thanks for your great customer service Shane!

Has an industrial electrician I tried to fix my own residential heat and cool system. Mistake. I called Shane at s&b. He came out on time fix my mess. Explain what he did what he found and how to use new thermostat. Cost; service call, small labor fee, and the proper thermostat for my unit. (Which was the same price of the Amazon one I bought incorrectly) Call this guy he won't bend you over.

Look no further, Shane with S & B was excellent!! He got in touch with us and actually came out same day at 9:30 at night. Gave us an estimate immediately and was very knowledgeable. Other companies were trying to oversell us. He was very honest and told us we didn't need a furnace, only the air conditioner. Great experience!

We would highly recommend Shane for all heating and cooling needs. He has helped us with everything from installing a Nest, to installing an entirely new heating unit, and servicing our existing units. He is always responsive and timely and we couldn’t be happier with his work. Highly recommend!
