The food was so delicious! I loved the tacos and the taco salad. The taco salad crust was so good and crispy. The drinks were great and refreshing. The service was great. We got a table real quick and there was not much wait time. Pretty good place to hang out with friends n family. Overall I enjoyed the food and would recommend this place for a good Mexican food with a decent price.

We took a chance and stopped here on our road trip because it was the only place in Anderson we could find with decent vegetarian options.
It completely exceeded our expectations.
The staff was very nice and open to accommodations.
The portions were perfect for the price and the food tasted amazing! I loved my veggie bowl and my mom’s enchiladas looked delicious.
Very clean space and great vibes.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to San Jose restaurant. We had a pre wedding dinner for our son and ordered Carnitas for 20 people. You all went above and beyond our expectations! Everyone was so happy with the food. The carnitas, beans, rice, guacamole, chips, tortillas, and all of the salsa and pico de gallo was absolutely delicious! You made our son and daughter in laws evening! We can’t thank you enough for the delicious food and service! You are all absolutely wonderful!

Love these people and food! But the last two times we went the cleaner, for floor or something was so unbearable! I’m NOT sensitive to smell but I could not smell the food when entering. It’s SO INCREDIBLY STRONG! Very institutional. We will go back but I can’t stay if this continues to be an issue. I’m so sorry about this but it was unbearable. I hated to breathe. 😞. We sat in bar area.

The new and only Mexican restaurant 😋 for us! Everything was muy deliciosa! This is a new weekly obsession! Birria tacos were great, shrimp ceviche wonderful! Chile poblanos also were great. Highly recommend this restaurant for authentic flavors, and a warm welcoming atmosphere. Alma was our server, and she always find something new for me to try. I almost couldn't believe it when they had jaimaica as a drink option!
Best place in this whole area for authentic hospitality and food!
