My system wasn't working right and Roy, himself, showed up to assist. He was open and honest and showed me pictures of the shoddy job the person who originally installed it did. Things were horizontal which should have been vertical. He says he hasn't seen anything like it in his 40 years of this business!!! It's a 16 year old system and it needs to be replaced, which I figured as much. He was patient and explained everything to me and to a friend who I was video chatting with. I really appreciated his help and the time he took to explain everything to me. Thank you Roy Rogers! They now have done a full system install and I am very happy with them and it. They did a fabulous job and cleaned everything up. The system is quiet!!! It's a Trane! I love it. I was walking out the door last night and started to go back in and turn it down when I remembered I could do it on the app on my phone! Yea!!!! They took the old unit out of the attic and set the new up in a closet. It fits perfectly.

This a great business owned by an Indianapolis local that knows the work and hires good employees that do a great job! Roy is a good person and is fair and tries to save you money. They do their best for you and don’t try to up charge you. Support your local businesses and use them instead of the big companies that don’t care about the customers. Roy can handle the job as good or better and he will get you the best equipment for the money.

Roy Rogers is an honest and caring company. They postponed my service call for somebody without AC, which shows how they prioritize. I was happy to trade since I’ve been in that situation. We’ve had them for service, purchased a new Trane system and install, and now have a maintenance plan. It’s hard for me to find people I trust, so I now wouldn’t go anywhere else.Highly recommend!

I recently used Roy HVAC to purchase and install a new furnace into my home. Both Roy and Dustin were helpful with my situation regarding previously hiring a private HVAC person who sold and installed the wrong furnace for my house. I recommend giving Roy HVAC a chance to earn your trust and business. Also their technicians are friendly and clean.
