Ricky came to my house and flushed out my sump pump discharge line that way clogged. He was very nice and helpful. Answered all my questions and let me know what was going on the whole time. Was very helpful and told me what to watch out for in the future. Would recommend them based off my experience 10/10 times. Called at 1 am the night prior and they were there that morning by 730. Reasonable pricing as well.

Daniel was excellent. He came out on Mother's Day morning to fix my clog and leak. He explained every process and reassured me he was able to fix the issue. He was kind, fast, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Ricky was great! Very professional and polite. Got right to work and curitouis of my home and respectful. I feel like I'm getting three services in one. One person came and check to see if I had e water damage with a sensor, then Ricky snaked the main sewer line, and then a guy to do a camera check to make sure everything looked good. Highly recommend especially if you have an older home and a access in the basement only.

I contacted Roto Rooter on a Sunday morning after we had discovered a drip in our ceiling into a basement shower. Daniel was the plumber who arrived and worked right away to find the source, give an estimate and start repairs. A second plumber was required for the job and Harrison came to assist. We also had a water renovation specialist, Tyler who came and did his inspection and explained the process for water damage repairs. They were all professional, friendly and worked diligently to get the job done. We are very satisfied with the service provided so far and thankful the leak was repaired the same day.

We were so happy with our service. The technician was out within the first couple of hours after we called for service. He was professional and explained the cost very clearly. They also sent a technician to do a camera review of the sewer line after the service was complete at our request for a home inspection. We could not have been more pleased with the process and with both technicians!
