Timely from time of scheduling, friendly staff (Norman & Cole) and price to snake a drain was a little more than expected at first but after watching them work they did a lot to make sure there were no issues before they left. Overall satisfied with my experience and resolved the issue I was having with our kitchen drain. Also had them flush our water heater while they were here. Would recommend!

Came home to an active water leak in my bathroom walls, called 6 emergency plumbers and nobody could handle me same day other than roto-rooter. Norman found and repaired the leak quickly. He was very bright spirited the whole time and a pleasure to work with.

I live in Greenwood, Indiana and woke up to 3 inches of standing water in my basement (April 11th). I called Roto-Rooter at about 7am and by 9:30am we had a team of experts at my house to help me. It was a whirlwind the next few hours troubleshooting and getting my basement in decent shape. I had convinced myself my sump pump gave out and I needed to purchase a new one. The experts did their due diligence and saved me thousands of dollars, and found the root of the problem. Funny enough, there were ROOTS growing in my water outlet drain in my yard and my sump pump was NOT broken.
This was a wet, cold, and dirty job. I wish I could do more than post a review for the gentlemen who came out and helped me. I am forever grateful!
