Food was good. Service was terrible. I ordered a water with my meal and had to get up to ask for a water after my meal came out. If you're in Anderson, do yourself a favor and drive 5 minutes up scatterfield to go to the other Riilviera Maya.

Pretty typical menu for a Riviera Maya, just missing something that would let me give it 5 stars. Big portions and overall very good. The beans had absolutely no flavor and were grainy. Recommend the Sour Cream enchiladas, steak quesadilla, and Street Tacos.

Standard American Mexican fare is what you can expect here. Pretty crowded on a Friday night but the staff were friendly albeit a little frenzied (who can blame them?). Being over 21, we were able to snag a couple of seats at the bar and avoid the line. The food is good, strawberry margarita as it should be, and they served Modela Negro - which made my husband happy. I will say the chips were not great, but that is pretty minor.
