I want to give a shout-out to Brian at Reeder Heating and Air. Last week he could have tried to sell me a whole new furnace as my 17 year old furnace's heat exchanger (think engine of a car) went out. Instead, he was honest and told me how Lennox has a 20 year warranty on that part and gave me the option of just having that main part replaced, or a whole new system. As a woman, I especially appreciate this. Not only this, but the total for extra parts and labor came in under my estimate!

I only use Reeder. They have been taking care of my home since I moved back to Indiana.
Very Professional, knowledgeable, and don't rip elderly people off. Jason is a Very professional owner, his crew is always spot on. Thank you all for the great service! My new A/C and heater is saving me lot's of money!
Reeder is hands down the most Honest and Trustworthy Company around.

I had Brian out on Friday to give me an estimate to replace my pipe vent and he stated he would call me on Monday with an estimate, but I never received a phone call. I called the office on Tuesday, I left a message for Brian to call me which he did at the end of day and he stated that he could not do the work that I needed due to being short staffed. I just feel that this is bad customer service and this has left me in a bind to rush to find someone to do the work that I need before replacing the roof.

We have used reeder for years but not anymore.. unfortunately their staff was very rude (unusually rude) they failed to show to check system stating I did not answer the phone (after letting them know I’d be home all day)
All my question was “will you be sending someone out today it’s 94 degrees in the home” and I was placed on hold with someone who seemed very confrontational..
I’ve truly never experience the service before, but even Valerie took me by surprise… I will not be using reeder for my 18 tenants nor my own home. Neither will my 2 owners I work for. Sadly after 4 years of using them..
I’ve purchased 2 furnaces from this company and multiple complete ductwork redo.. I’m sad to say that they have let me down by how they handle their customers when they are unable to take accountability
Take accountability don’t make excuses for poor service or attitudes.. I see your responses to other reviews and am amazed at the lack of accountability
