From the initial contact, they dispatched someone to take a look at my home and see what it was I had going on and what I’d like to do and walked through the recommendations with me as well. The work was done extremely well and I’m very happy with how everyone on the team worked together to get the job done for me.

Prime plumbing was excellent. Highly recommend! Josh ( the plumber) was very knowledgeable and has 23 years experience which was very obvious. He replaced the garbage disposal in about an hour. Josh was extremely polite and very helpful and he took time to explain what the problem was and what was necessary to fix it. It’s nice to know that good people are available when needed. Especially plumbers !

I received some of the best customer service that I have had in a long time.
I received a call, text and email from Prime Plumming informing me of when the tech would come to my home. The day of the repair, I received a text/email with a picture of the technician and the time that he would arrive.
Once he arrived, the assessment was quick and he had the necessary equipment/part in his possession which made him get the repair completed faster. The repair was not a huge job and the job was completed within an hour .
Thank you, Prime Plumming. You guys are the best!! 😊😊😊

We recently had a leak under one of our bathroom sinks and Prime Plumbing, despite the last-minute request, was able to accommodate us. Jackson was incredibly friendly and I felt comfortable having him in our home. Highly recommend!

Had an excellent experience with prime. One of the best contractors I have hired. Responsive, professional and they don't try to scam you into unnecessary things. Very honest. Did the job at a reasonable price. Zero complaints.
