I moved to the area recently and decided to start scheduling all of my medical appointments and the dentist office was on the top of my list.
From when I called in to schedule my initial appointment to having to call back in because of a conflict in my schedule. I called back a couple of days later, to reschedule & they were able to accommodate me both times and also able to get me in even sooner! So I appreciated that so much! Jamie was my tech, and she was probably the most gentle out of anybody I ever had in a dental office! So that was awesome. 👏🏼 thanks Jaime. After they did all the preliminaries, I met with Dr. Ray, he was very kind, knowledgeable and we all came up with a nice treatment plan that works!
I am looking forward to getting started. This office, the staff all seemed very knowledgeable & helpful! Look forward to seeing you soon for my beginning phases of my treatment plan!

I have always had extreme anxiety with the dentist so after an exhaustive search for a Queer affirming dental office through OutCare, I landed on Dr. Ray's practice. Upon the first initial digital contact, the staff at Prairie Lakes Dental Care has been nothing short of incredible. The care, attentiveness and thoroughness from staff and Dr. Ray was superb, the space they create feels safe, which in my experience at dental practices is hard to come by. So happy to make the drive to support this dental practice and have recommended to friends!

Dr. Ray and all of the staff have been so welcoming and helpful. I was having dental issues, and didn’t have an established dentist in the area, but got referred to Dr. Ray and he and the team helped me out so much!
