Austin Leamer arrived earlier than expected and not a minute soon! My issue was low water pressure and he determined the cause before walking in the door. My irrigation system was overflowing down the driveway and becoming ice. I called Citizens for water shut off. Austin was there when they arrived and was able to determine that the connection was cracked.

Requested next day appt and recd quick confirmation. Brandon was very detailed and efficient in troubleshooting our sump pump issue. Was open and honest and offered great suggestions to mitigate any future potential issues. Took pics and shared adjustment made. Took the extra time to discuss other plumbing svcs based on observations. Would recommend Brandon based on this 1st visit.

My 13yo water softener was malfunctioning and PHP was scheduled for the next day - with a 2 hour window. I love the intro text that I received prior to arrival with credentials and a picture of the technician; and they arrived in the very early part of that window. The repair will require a new part, but I had estimates and a thorough explanation (along with replacement options) by the time the technician left, about 30-45 minutes after arriving. Aaron A was VERY friendly, professional and thorough - even very receptive to my nosy dogs. Highly recommend.

This was the best service I have received in a very long time. They were honest, they were on time and they were efficient and they were clean. This was consistent from the time they patched my furnace up in 1 degree weather, during the quote process two days later, and then the installation process. I appreciated the real people they were and their genuine care in making sure I received the best HVAC system that was right for my home, not someone else’s. I will always use them for my plumbing and HVAC!

Great and timely service to repair two leaks in my house. Austin was super friendly and did a great job fixing my plumbing issues. Would recommend this company for plumbing or HVAC work as I’ve had them here for both!
