The receptionists greeted me with warm smiles and efficiently handled the check-in process. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding my insurance and treatment options with patience and clarity.
The dental hygienist was fantastic! She was gentle yet thorough during session and took the time to explain each step, which really helped alleviate any anxiety I had. Her friendly demeanor made the appointment fly by, and I appreciated her tips for maintaining oral health.
Dr. Jennifer Southerd was equally impressive. They took the time to discuss my dental health, listen to my concerns, and provide thoughtful recommendations without pushing unnecessary treatments. I felt well cared for and informed throughout the entire process.

Never thought I would find a Dentist office that my whole family look forward to going to. Dr. Southard and her staff are professional and kind. They are engaging with our kids and make what could be a scary, dare I say enjoyable. Office is streamlined with their processes and appointments. Thank you Dr. Southard and office!

It was fantastic. The people there were very nice. My hygienist explained the things she was doing to me and was very good at her job.
Dr. Southard was excellent. She took her time with me, explaining everything that needed to be done. I like how she asked me if I was understanding what she was talking about, then took the time to answer my questions I had.
Very pleased with the whole experience.

Complete awesome experience! I have never liked going to dentist as I was born with no enamel on my teeth. They were all so caring and accepting! I have found my dental home and couldn't be happier!!!
