Can i give a negative review? Awful. I hope they and anyone else who charges these prices go out of business. I told them what the issue was because it was the same as 2 years ago. I paid about $320. And $120-$140 was for a $40 part. Driver was running jobs and got here over 90 minutes late. The quote I got after he looked at it was $1120. I had a replacement part. That much for a job that takes less than 2 hours? BS. I asked for an estimate online in case I needed to withdraw more money from the bank. They wouldn't give me. I wonder why. I guess they just live off of service call fees of $98. Gave the service guy a $2 tip to hear my rant. That should be unacceptable. It is for me.

We were experiencing an issue with our heater kicking on and then kicking back off. I called Northern Comfort Systems and a very nice technician came out about an hour after the call. He assessed the situation and since he left our heater has been working like it should. I would highly recommend Northern Comfort Systems to anyone that needs work done.

Our unit had stopped putting out cold air on the hottest day of the year so far, so l called & within 2 hours they were here. Tom was so polite and found our problem quickly & explained it completely & the price to fix it. He had it fixed in less than a half an hour. Wonderful, respectful service...we use them for all of our furnace & AC needs

I love Northern Comfort Systems. We got our new furnace a couple years ago. Our gas bill went down. Kaleb. Is knowledgeable very kind. They work with you on date and time for seasonal check ups. I highly recommend them. Thank you

This visit was for routine AC season check-up. The tech was on time and very courteous and efficient. Asked if had any questions or having any trouble with the unit then went about his way checking everything out. We have used them for years and would recommend to anyone.
