My experience from checking in to leaving was smooth and comfortable! Riley checked me in and did my cleaning and initial exam with X-rays. She was thorough and made sure that I was comfortable along the way. Dr. Lorenzano came in and made sure that she followed up on any questions that I had and pulled up the imaging that they took and explained each area of concern and the areas that were doing well also. I left the office having a clear idea of what the treatment plan was without feeling pressured and the environment was quiet, sterile and friendly. They offer blankets, neck pillows, televisions (on the ceiling to watch during the procedures), and are efficient during the exams. I typically am a high-anxiety patient and did not have that feeling after visiting this office. Great staff and great location! Thank you all for calming my nerves and taking time to really evaluate your patients!

The whole staff is amazing. Dr. Natalie J Lorenzano is nothing but top notch! Always makes sure you’re comfortable and knows how to treat you from the moment you enter to when you leave. Highly recommend this place!

The dentist is great as well as the other staff. They are patient and provide excellent service. I would highly recommend Nobles Smile Denistry. Dr. Natalie J. Lorenzano And her staff has such an amazing relationship and I love seeing and hearing how they interact. Dr. L always thanks her hygiene staff multiple times during my visit. I Love it there.

I took my 1 year old daughter here for her first dentist appointment FOUR years ago. They didn’t do anything besides look in her mouth and said “let me know if you ever have any issues- cleanings can start when she holds still” I was told by her pediatrician she needed to have a cleaning. They accidentally charged the wrong insurance that was not even valid insurance anymore, I called back and forth several times, no one knew how to fix it. Eventually they said it had been taken care of and they cleared the balance through the correct insurance. About 6 months later I get a letter from collections saying it was not taken care of and they sent my bill to collections. I called again and explained the situation, they messed up on insurance billing. I was promised time and time again that it would be fixed. Fast forward another year later- I get ANOTHER notice that I have an unpaid balance. I call again- same issue back and forth, no one knows how to fix it. Eventually they AGAIN said it was taken care of.
It is now FOUR YEARS LATER and I just got ANOTHER notice from them saying i have an unpaid bill for that same date. The date they did nothing for my daughter, charged us for an office visit and billed the wrong Insurance. I haven’t returned to them as a customer since that date so I know it’s nothing new that popped up. Most unprofessional business ever.

I can’t say enough kind words about Noble Smiles. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here, which is such a drastic change from my last dentist. The staff is so kind and welcoming, and they have squashed my fear of going to the dentist. 5 stars is not enough
