Mr Plumber returned to my home to correct a recent install. The new install was a definite improvement and the fix was very much appreciated.

Our water heater had cracked and started to leak. Contacted Mr Plumber for a quote on a new unit. They were very knowledgeable and were able to give options for different solutions. We opted to replace with a similar unit and scheduled the install. The techs that did the install were very courteous and thorough. They placed runners down to prevent any drips on the floor. When they were finished they cleaned up the area and walked me through the details of the service. I would recommend them to anyone needing a similar service!

Excellent service from the call to schedule to job completion! Plumber arrived early after checking with me. He was kind, knowledgeable, patient and very thorough! I am typically in defense mode during service appointments like this because I feel like I am going to be taken to the cleaners and that they will try and upsell me like crazy! This did not happen, I felt very much at ease! WELL DONE, MR PLUMBER!!!!! I will remember this experience next time I have an issue!

Very pleased with the service Joshua Burton provided. Such a nice man and explained everything to me as he was doing it. What was supposed to be a simple project turned into a 5-6 hr service call. And Joshua took it all in stride…making sure everything was done right. Will definitely call on him if I’m in need of more plumbing projects.
Mr. plumber should be very proud that he is a member of their team.
