Caleb Retherford was very helpful and came out and fixed exactly what we needed. He gave us a quote for further services we could use in the future and he recommended some other quick fixes to some things we needed and was very knowledgeable. He was quick and efficient. He was friendly and polite. He kept his work clean and was kept communicating with me the entire time about what he was doing. He kept me aware of cost, what my next steps would be, and never forced me into to doing anything I didn't need done. I appreciate the hard work and kindness, it goes a long way!

Even with 8 inches of fresh snow, Bryce showed up on time to get our new water heater ordered. Gavin and Daniel arrived a few hours later with the tank, and the job was complete before 3! Feeling grateful, thanks Mr. Plumber!

For almost years my own home had to be a living hell. I am a mother two three littles, and a wife. For two years our home was miserable. The company hasn't even extended a apology. While yes after 2 years; They finally fixed THEIR screw up. We had our main line in the middle of our home replaced because it had out of code plumbing that collapsed. They got paid the moment the job was done, over $10,000. Just under $20,000. The first crew was RUDE, and disrespected my home by breaking things and putting a hole in the wall, and didn't mention it- We had to find it coming home, as we stayed in a hotel so the kids weren't dealing with the smell of sewage in our home. There is a lot of info to this but I will try to keep it short. The company knows. Don't ya. I requested they called me before filling in the huge hole in my house. They called me after they cleaned up and left. (hardly cleaned up - don't worry I got the SHIT off my walls) I didn't get to see the plumbing for myself. Only had their photos (thanks cause it showed YOUR screw up) Not even a week after work was completed, my sink in my kitchen was SLOWLY draining, and there was a faint horrid smell. I called them back multiple times, first was the shower having a dry drain cause it's not in use, then it was the garbage disposal, then it was a stutter cap under the sink (FIXED ALL THOSE) it still smelled. Then was told it was because they disrupted the dirt under the house and the smell would go away (right Scott S) Well the smell didn't leave - it got worse, Every tech would say a manager would reach out about the damage done to our home, every office lady said the same. NOBODY CALLED NOBODY CARED. My last straw was this week, I called the office and told them send someone out to fix this our I will sue. This wasn't a smell that left the home easily. It was anytime the kitchen was used. Water was coming out of the concrete THEY poured. Jared came out and I said " I know I sound crazy but the kitchen line was never hooked back up, thats why there is a smell and that's why the water is coming up from the cracks" and Don't worry I ran the kitchen for 20 minutes before he arrived so he can't smell the hell we have been dealing with. Obviously smelling what we smelled he agreed there was a issue but not necessarily something they did. So he did testing. And him and Zach were very respectful, and did everything they could to find the issue. They called Jen - SALES PERSON who operates camera, She was convinced that was coincidence that the smell came after their work is completed and even after running the camera and the camera finder pointing towards our MAIN LINE THEY REPAIRED that my plumbing went elsewhere and there was a blockage. After reviewing the photos of " kitchen line is here - now it's gone " She finally admitted they missed it. THANKS! When Jen said they were fixing it she said someone would be out to build a barrier to contain dust, I HAD TO REACH OUT to be told they couldn't come until next week and that the techs would hang tarp up to contain the dust, who showed up and had to go to a store for tarps because they were told a containment was built. Gavin and Daniel came in and got it completed. Respected our home, let me come in and out as I pleased to check on things, when they opened it up, the kitchen water was immediately right there, so it had just been dumping into the trench the first crew made.
So yes, I am VERY thankful they fixed their screw up, I am happy my home no longer has a horrid smell, and I am forever Thankful for Jared for coming in the only tech to come in and care that we were living like this and staying till the issue was found. But to this day, I have yet have anyone reach out and apologize for the two year inconvenience caused by their negligence, for my broken front door, and apologize for the hole in my wall. We were constantly dicked around by this company; all the way up until yesterday. I am happy I will never have to call for anything in the future, because there are more company's out there.

Daniel & Gavin did a wonderful job on my small bathroom, even with all of my million questions I asked, for 3 days. And the 3 guys that had to put a new sewer system in, outside, did a good job in the small area to dig. Camden & Andy also did a good job too ! It's so nice to have a bathroom that works properly again !! Thanks so much
