I called Mr Sparky for some help on an electrical issue and was able to get an appointment set up the same day. The Technician, Brandon was excellent! He immediately identified a way to resolve my request, ordered the part and came back as soon as the part was available. He was quick, efficient and walked me through what he did. He answered my questions, helped me test it and it worked out perfectly!

Jerry was very helpful and insightful during home inspection to point out items that needs to be updated. Really helped us understand the total amount of work that needed to be done as part of the cost of home ownership. Would definitely recommend Jerry to come alongside general inspectors for additional assurance.

Chris and Keyshawn arrived at my home promptly at the stated time. They were both friendly and professional, answering all of my questions and keeping me informed throughout the process. My home is several decades old but they work tirelessly navigating through many challenges until the work was satisfactory completed. Overall, I had a good experience with Mister Sparky.
