Mr Sparky sent Xavier and Carlos to do several jobs in residence. They are very polite and understanding of the 20 questions or more. They seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. Jobs took all day and we expected that. Mr Sparky gets my highest recommendation, price seemed to be good, work ethic was perfect.

Wonderful experience with Mister Sparky and Brett our electrician. Every step of the process was easy and professional. Our issue was resolved quickly. Brett explained everything we needed to know. I called 2 other companies and didn't receive a return call. I highly recommend Mister Sparky.

On the positive side: the employees who answered the phone were extremely polite and professional, even when calling after hours.
On the negative side: I was told by the serviceman who came to my house that I needed to essentially rework the wiring inside and outside my home and replace the main panel completely. When I told him I was going to call my husband and my dad, he seemed a bit offput, and after I ran the quote by my dad ($3800) my dad told me he would call a local guy he knew instead for me. The serviceman was again offput by this and seemed sort of hurt. He completely shut off my power for "safety reasons" so we were left without heat for the night. In retrospect this felt like a power move. The local man my dad was able to recommend came out the next day, reset the main breaker, and got our power working again.
I wish the Mr Sparky serviceman was willing to try the cheaper routes (like... restarting the main breaker for us?) Instead of upselling immediately. I experience this often as a woman meeting with servicemen, and it is pretty frustrating that I need to have a man on speed dial to get fair service.
Just remember, it does not hurt to get a second opinion. It might be an easier fix than you think.

We were very happy with the service we got from Mister Sparky. Brett came out on short notice on Saturday and figured out our problem which was a blown fuse box in the garage that knocked out our sump pump and our clothes dryer. He scheduled Jerry right there to come and do the repairs. Jerry was very professional, very skilled and knew what he was doing. The finished job was very neat and a big improvement. The are now my go-to electricians. I highly recommend Mister Sparky

Brandon Shaw was fabulous. He fixed our problem and cleaned up his work area afterward. He also explained everything thoroughly, which was greatly appreciated. We will ask for Brandon the next time we need electrical services.
