First and foremost this company is compassionate and will do their best to get to you as soon as possible. They put the furnace in ASAP due to the cold temps, and then once it warmed up the AC unit. They both run perfectly and let me tell you, we kept cool all summer and sooo cozy warm all winter.They even checked up on us afterwards to ensure that we were doing okay and running smoothly. Their installation team was great, and professional. Thank you Meldon (Melissa & DJ) Keep up the great work!

Friendly and thorough! The tech was so personable and made sure to have shoes off walking around the house. Took a long time checking the system. I feel very comfortable that their recommendations are well justified.

Called today for a broken ac. Temp outside is 87 degrees! They were able to send someone out within 2 hrs. I totally expected to have to replace the unit but Avery was super knowledgeable (and patient with my dogs) and he was able to find a simple fix for my unit that’s 17 yrs old! What a lifesaver! I can’t say enough nice things about Meldon!

Super friendly business and service staff. I had a gas valve that went out on my furnace last year and a control board that went bad this year. I called Meldon HVAC for both and they were able to get my heat up and running within 48hrs of my call. Phenomenal business to work with!!!

My experience with Meldon HVAC was very pleasant. Service tech was friendly and showed up on time. My only suggestion would be to carry a small vac or brush so you can clean the spider webs and foreign material out of the electrical panels from the critters. This was my first time using them and overall a great experience.
