Another wonderful visit! Dr McDonald and Whitney took great care of my father, Ben. I've been taking him here for the past 3 yrs and have always had pleasant visits. Everyone is so kind and thorough. Today as we were leaving, my dad said "I really like this place it feels like a family."

I had my first visit today at McDonald’s Family Dentistry and was very impressed. Everyone I came into contact with, Sheila at the front desk, Carrie for X-rays, Whitney for my cleaning and Dr Christie McDonald to discuss my dental health/next steps, were so friendly, yet professional. I felt so at home. I really can’t tell you how much I appreciate their kindness.

Our family cannot recommend this practice enough. The staff, hygienists and doctors are amazing. We have been going here (adults and children) for over 16 years. The doctors are so personable and genuine - they want to ensure you are comfortable ... both with your own personal treatment but if you are a parent, with your children's treatment. Additionally, the hygienists are prompt, professional and personable. This practice will adopt you like family - from working to reschedule appointments (front office staff is top notch) to personal text messages from the dentists themselves checking on how you (or your child) are doing. All cleanings and other procedures our family has received have been seamless, painless and efficient. Couldn't be happier (and what dentist actually follows up with you that night?!). The genuine family feel of the practice is what we appreciate the most. Drs Christie and Brent McDonald give the personal attention that separates them from the rest.

On December 24th I had a crown pop off and it had a hole in it. I called McDonald dentistry and left a message for Dr Christie as they weren’t open for the holiday. She promptly texted me back that her sister who is also a dentist was open and could see me that day. When I arrived at her sister’s office she put the crown back on making my holiday much happier! After the holidays Dr Christie put a new crown on.
I have been going to McDonald dentistry for 10 years and have always been very impressed by both doctors Christie and Brent and their staff!

I have been a client at McDonald Dentistry for many years and always feel welcomed from the front door to the end of my visit! Dr. Brent and Dr. Christie really care about me and are good at answering all my questions and concerns. I especially enjoy and appreciate the care I receive from Nikki B! I never feel 'rushed' through any of my appts and would recommend these kind and qualified people to anyone.
