In January, my heat pump froze up due to a leak. Since my HVAC system was almost 14 years old, I decided to have both the air handler and heat pump replaced. New gas furnace and AC to replace inefficient electric heat and AC. Mark helped greatly by answering my questions related to selecting new equipment and preparing for the conversion. Communications were excellent, which made it easier to coordinate with the gas company, as well as 3rd party duct cleaners. Installation went smoothly and according to timeline.
