Maira is an outstanding baker AND teacher! She generously spent two full days with my 7th and 8th grade cooking classes and taught them the process of making sourdough from start to finish. The students all helped with different steps and were able to sample her delicious sourdough! She was extremely knowledgeable, prepared, and patient. I cannot recommend Luv Bakery enough!

The sourdough bread in any style from Maíra is fantastic! We only eat bread from Rustic Crust! High quality, lean product! We also love the Brazilian cheeseballs 🤤

Not all sourdough breads are the same. Clearly Rustic Crust is taking the slow proofing process that creates deep sour flavor. The crust is crispy and the middle is full of the holes that make a bread special.
