Jon Love came out and provided 2 estimates in Oct 2025 to R&R our old 22 yr Carrier HVAC: Heil & Carrier Standard 80% Efficiency Furnace & AC. Love’s estimate compared against 2 other HVAC quotes was very competitive. We went with Carrier & paid extra for 10 yr labor warranty. Now when buying a new HVAC it is easy to compare prices… but what about quality of installation? No problem! The techs Matt and Anthony did a great job! And they were gracious enough to explain the new features of the HVAC. 👍🇺🇸
New review! On 21 March 2026 same crew installed a new Carrier HVAC at my son Eric’s Broad Ripple house. Matt & Anthony replaced the 1990 Heil furnace & AC. They went above & beyond: 1) replaced old condensate pump 2) replaced gas furnace duct to chimney & 3) installed a 4” filter box to allow larger 16x25x4 filter. Again all small details buttoned up correctly (insulated AC lines to caulking to taping ducts). 😀👍🇺🇸

I had Love Heating and Air out for a non working AC unit in the middle of a heat wave. Bobby was my technician, and he even came a day early to help me out. He was polite and thoroughly explained what my issue was and had me back up and running in no time. Highly recommend their reliable and professional service

Our air conditioner went out. Like most homeowners, we were hoping it was something simple and inexpensive—maybe just one of those $39 tune-ups. We immediately called Love Heating & Cooling, and they came out right away.
After a thorough inspection, they explained that our furnace was over 30 years old and needed several replacement parts.
Their team searched tirelessly to find what was needed, and when they returned, they delivered the news no homeowner wants to hear: the parts weren't going to solve the problem, and we would need a new furnace.
To say we were overwhelmed would be an understatement. The last six months have been financially stressful for our family, and the thought of replacing a furnace and dealing with an air conditioning issue at the same time felt devastating. Add in the fact that I'm in full-blown menopause without air conditioning, and it was just short of pure torture!!
But this is where Love Heating & Cooling truly showed their character.
Instead of treating us like just another customer, they treated us like family. They worked with us, listened to our concerns, and provided a deal that helped make an impossible situation manageable. From the wonderful woman who answers the phone (I wish I could remember her name!) to every technician and the owner himself, every person we encountered was professional, compassionate, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable.
In a world where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, Love Heating & Cooling exceeded every expectation. They turned a stressful and emotional situation into one we could navigate with confidence.
We are beyond grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough. We absolutely LOVE Love Heating & Cooling!
