Our AC went out during a heatwave and temps inside reached 82 degrees, which I did not enjoy. I booked an appointment online, and Jerome promptly came to save us from our misery. He was friendly, patient, informative and reassuring. Less than one hour later, we were back up and running! I had great experiences with LCS 5-6 years ago when I was renting a home, and it’s nice to know they are still providing great service today.

Our experience with LCS from the start to the finish was excellent.
All staff members were mindful and caring while meeting our needs as they intgrated a new AC system with our existing ductwork. They were professional, efficient, clean, and above all courteous. They took time to get to know us and our needs. They presented us with several options and provided information and space for us to make a decision. When we dropped into the shop unannounced, Travis was able to respond and provide further information as we were finalizing our decision. We highly recommended LCS and will not hesitate to ask for their services in the future.

After getting several quotes around downtown Indy area for a full furnace and AC replacement, I ended up landing on LCS for a number of reasons. Everybody was a pleasure to work with from the top down - especially appreciate O’Neil who originally came out, and then Mariano and Felipe from the install crew. Pricing to value ratio was exceptional. I will definitely be returning for future services!

Jose provided the LCS 7 STAR service today! I have been fighting humidity in the house and he listened to my concerns. Then did the scheduled maintenance and took the time to go thru the thermostat settings with me. I thought that I had been over ridding the system settings and I wasn’t. I also thought I was helping with moving the dehumidifier and was counter balancing what the system was working. Jose helped get me back on track. 👍 Very helpful. 🙌

I had LCS out on 3 separate occasions for the same issue. On the second 3rd occasion, I felt like I was the one trying to troubleshoot my reoccurring condensate drain line issues. I had family heating and air out ONE time and they immediately diagnosed and fixed the issues. I spent hundreds of dollars for quite literally zero fix with LCS. On the last occasion, I explicitly said “I didn’t want to pay for a tech to come out unless I know they can fix the issue”. They responded by saying they would “send out their most senior technician and he will absolutely be able to solve your problem”. I hesitantly agreed, but on the day of service they didn’t follow through and sent out the same tech as the previous visit (Nikita). When I asked why this happened they said the senior tech was busy. As expected, ZERO service was provided, and I was still charged. I had told the tech in advance that I had already cleaned out my drain line. I think they felt the need to clean it again to make it seem like they were doing something. It’s kind of shocking that something as simple as a frequently clogging drain line couldn’t be fixed after 3 separate attempts. The funny part is, the tech from family heating and air literally diagnosed and fixed the problem while he was out for a completely separate issue. My advice to anyone looking for HVAC service is to do your research. I made the mistake of calling the company (LCS) that had done the service for the previous homeowner. Don’t be fooled by their google reviews either. The review prompts they provide basically tee you up to give them 5 stars. LCS hasn’t been out for a couple months, but after seeing how much more capable and experienced the tech was today at family heating, I was appalled by the level of service i received from LCS, and help obligated to leave a review to warn others
