We had a humidifier and air purifier installed by Jose Cabrera. He did a great job and is a great representative for your business. He works very hard and doesn’t even take breaks. He explained everything he did and all of the details on how to use everything including the smart thermostat, which is a lot smarter than me. He also explained your maintenance plan which I will look at and compare to my previous maintenance plan. Your price was very close to the other 2 estimates I received but with your $200 discount for being a firefighter that made a difference.

We called with no heat late on a Sunday. They called us and walked through some quick fixes to see if it was something we could do on our own. They then had someone out at 8am on Monday. Nikita fixed our issues quickly and loved our dogs!
We then had T’Shayla out the next week to look through and do a full tune up. Both women were awesome.

Sam helped me troubleshoot our furnace at midnight over the phone. He was so helpful and explained everything very well. We had our furnace service just two days prior by another LCS tech and she didn’t put a screw back in properly. It lead to a failsafe being triggered on our unit. Sam was able to diagnose it and the furnace came back to life with a simple care being placed back where it was supposed to go. Thank you Sam!
