Yesterday we had our furnaced purchased from LCS serviced by Nikita. She arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the service process, and did an excellent job. She went over what she saw and made recommendations for duct cleaning that were absolutely warranted and something we’ve been meaning to do anyway. She was great, and someone I felt very comfortable trusting.

LCS was amazing to work with, from the salesman, Riley, all the way to Brandon and his helper installing our new Daikin Fit heat pump. Their customer service, knowledge and installation were all top notch! We will recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work Everytime!

Great experience considering the not so great news that our old heat pump was loosing refrigerant and needed replacing.
Nikita came first to assess the situation and was informative and happy to walk me through everything.
O’Neil came that same day to talk us through the unit options and what would make the most sense for our home.
Brandon and his team were fantastic on install day, worked efficiently and when they left they made sure that the space was nice and clean.
Greatly appreciate the whole team! Thank you so much.

Have used LCS for many years and 2 homes. Amazing customer service. Excellent workmanship. Happy to answer questions and never pushy. All the team members have been friendly and professional and they are all invested in making things run as efficiently as possible.
