When my water heater sprung a leak I called these guys and within an hour they here to give me a quote. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. The Service Tech Coty gave us two options, and explained the pros and cons of each.
Today (2/13/26), he and Andrew came to install our new tankless water heater. They have both been helpful, courteous, and polite. We are very happy with the results thus far, and will reach out to Johnson again in the future if need be. Both gentlemen were helpful and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

The service technician did a great job finding the issue and had the part on hand to repair. The service fee was 89.00 to show up, he was here for 2+ hours. Pressure switch replacement cost between 500-600$ today.

Wow, all I can say is great things about them. Jacob & Scott came out today and diagnosed our AC issues and they were sooo friendly, so patient, incredibly knowledgeable and just overall great with us and I just really appreciated them both.
I hope they both see this review and know how much we appreciate their service and we can’t wait for our new units to be installed!

Erik provided great HVAC service. He came out for routine maintenance on our aging system. He identified some opportunities to extend the life of the system and walked me through his solution while using pictures to clearly illustrate his approach. He implemented the solution by the end of the appointment. Very convenient.
