I had a good experience at Joe's Grill. Stopped in on a Friday evening and it was not very busy. The food was good, had wings and steak and cheese eggrolls. Both items had great flavor. The service was excellent. Several people checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere and good bar food, Joe's is where you need to be.

The bartender was very rude tonight. Never had a problem with her. For some reason tonight(8/5/2025) she’s gossiping with a fellow bartender and can’t answer a simple question from a customer. She proceeds to yell at me after the 3rd time that I ask her if food is being served. “Can’t you see I’m talking!” Your prerogatives are your customers, not your bartender friend. My buddy and I were going to get food and stay longer. We come here often and buy plenty of drinks. Unfortunately she did not care about that. It cost her and her coworkers a good tip on two separate tabs. After she yelled, I immediately asked to end my tab and left immediately, laughing. It will cost your business money and I can for sure say my buddies and I will not be giving our business to your establishment. Plenty of workers there that don’t deserve a tip cut. Learn manners and respect your customers. Around 30-40 year old woman with nose piercing. Brown hair.

Horrible. Im a bartender in a big city so I definitely understand the bar world but this place has blown it out of the water with how horrible it can possibly be. Not only was there a fight but the bartenders straight up ignored us the entire night. There was a woman sitting next to me and my friend who got a margarita and there was maybe a 1/2 ounce of liquor and the rest was mixer , she then wanted to close her tab but for the next 15 minutes was ignored by the time our Lyft came she still wasn’t able to close her tab. When the fight broke out the men who had started it were already harassing women (me and my friend +others) we thought the bartender had called the cops which I guess she hadn’t because she wanted to give them “the chance to leave” the men ended up coming to the entrance multiple times yet the police were never called. Honestly, I feel more safe in a big city than I did here. Absolutely insanity. Congratulations on being my first ever review, I guess?

So I wasn't going to post this, but then I saw all the other 1-star reviews accusing the staff of racism so I figured I'd post as well, and yes, I'm accusing them of racism. I live 5 minutes away from this bar - we are essentially neighbors. Why are you so hostile to my wife and I? We didn't do anything to you. I saw plenty of white people having a good time so I guess that's their target audience. Just be warned if you're not white you probably won't have a good time here. I won't spend another dime here to support these people.

Always a great time at the neighborhood joes! I appreciate all the staff from the Id man to our bartenders to Alex and security. Great spot for solo after work drinks or weekend night with friends and be nice to your bartenders and they’ll be nice to you ;)
