These guys were great! The did a quick and efficient job. I called Thursday and Chris came out to evaluate it the same day. Monday morning they swooped in replaced my hot water heater and left. They wear shoe covers. They’re extremely polite and nice. They emailed me pictures of who is coming, and tell you a little bit about them. I’m happy that I chose Jake’s.

Appreciate Nigel and his patience and working with me to get the new system installed. I was surprised to be able to get next day installation! Austin and Colton were fantastic removing the old system and installing the new. They kept me informed as they progressed through the day and cleaned up after themselves. So far I have been pleased with everything and I would recommend Jake’s to friends.

Every process from the inspection to financing to install ran silky smooth. The install team did a great job in a timely manner. I could have not asked for a bettee experience.

Had another company come out and charge me 500 dollars to fix and the next day was down again. Josh came out opened the case and spotted the problem rite off the bat. Gave price and problem fixed. Arched switch. He was very professional thank you. I finally found a good heat an air company

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We originally scheduled a service call to see if our failing HVAC system could be repaired. The technician thoroughly diagnosed the system and used actual performance data to show why repairs wouldn’t be a worthwhile investment. We appreciated the honest, no-pressure approach.
About 30 minutes later, a manager came out to discuss replacement options. He answered all of our questions, gave us a great price on a new system, and explained everything clearly.
The installation crew arrived the very next day and completed the entire install in about 8 hours. They were friendly, professional, respectful of our home, and took the time to walk us through the new system before they left.
The entire process was seamless, and the communication was excellent every step of the way. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that’s honest, knowledgeable, and stands behind their work, I highly recommend them.
