These guys were great! The did a quick and efficient job. I called Thursday and Chris came out to evaluate it the same day. Monday morning they swooped in replaced my hot water heater and left. They wear shoe covers. They’re extremely polite and nice. They emailed me pictures of who is coming, and tell you a little bit about them. I’m happy that I chose Jake’s.

Appreciate Nigel and his patience and working with me to get the new system installed. I was surprised to be able to get next day installation! Austin and Colton were fantastic removing the old system and installing the new. They kept me informed as they progressed through the day and cleaned up after themselves. So far I have been pleased with everything and I would recommend Jake’s to friends.

Had another company come out and charge me 500 dollars to fix and the next day was down again. Josh came out opened the case and spotted the problem rite off the bat. Gave price and problem fixed. Arched switch. He was very professional thank you. I finally found a good heat an air company

If I could give Mitch & Colton 10 stars 🌟 I would! They were prompt & came when they said they would. I appreciated the texts & calls beforehand. One thing I Love about this company is that they put on cloth covers over their shoes! Mitch & Colton worked very hard for me the whole time they were here. I felt like they put their heart into their work on my home. The company should be proud of them for that! They cleaned up after themselves before they left , which was a plus! Plus they were very kind, fun to work with & knowledgeable about their equipment. I would highly recommend Mitch & Colton & look forward to have them work on my home again in the future. Plus my new Trane AC unit worked like a Dream after they installed it. Thank you so much!!

I contacted this company due to it's 5 Star rating, good reviews by clients and the BBB.
I had some plumbing issues that I needed fixed. I was more than pleased with Chris Turner's knowledge, professionalism, thoroughness and willingness to listen and support me with the different issues I have. This young man was an excellent representative for this company.
Keagan Baker works with the H & A dept. He was also knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He listened and spent a lot of time troubleshooting the problem and resolved it. I was so thankful.
These young men are hard working and great workers.
