Buyer beware, this company uses deceptive pricing. They use a blanket cost with no details on hourly or parts. This ended up costing me an average of $500 per hour. Can you say ripoff!
Don't believe the positive reviews... On top of the nonsense pricing, the work was shoddy. The good news is they do this with a smile.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but these guys really surprised me in the best way. The technician was polite, professional, and really took the time to inspect everything instead of rushing through the appointment. He explained what he was fixing and why, and the final bill was actually lower than what I’d expected. It was just a genuinely pleasant experience, and it’s nice to feel like you’re dealing with people who take pride in their work.

Nigel did a very thorough review of the HVAC system and ductwork and provided clear/concise solutions whereas two previous technicians did not. I highly recommend Nigel’s expertise.

Bethany did an amazing job on our AC and furnace tune up. She explained everything to me as she went through it. I definitely recommend Jake’s!

We paid for them to come check out our furnace. And they showed us a crack in the heat exchange. Well I called another company for a second opinion. The second one told me there is no crack in my heat exchange. He said the other guy was showing me a pic of someone else heat exchange. So Jake's went on to try and sale me a furnace for $12k even though the furnace we have is perfectly fine. The sales guy kept talking to my wife thinking she was going to fall for it but we didn't. So glad we got a second opinion. Never will I call this company again.
