Evan and Ashton did an amazing job cleaning out the ductwork in my home! They were both extremely friendly, professional, and respectful of my home throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up when they were finished.
I really appreciated how thorough they were and how easy they made the entire experience. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing the job right. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing their ducts cleaned. Thank you both for the great service!

**Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Service**
I paid almost $3,000 for propane line installation, including their “VIP service,” but the work was completed incorrectly and without following the required safety protocols. When we checked everything on Monday, we discovered the problems, and the propane company was unable to complete its installation.
We contacted the plumbers that same evening. They eventually inspected the work and confirmed that the propane lines had been installed incorrectly and needed to be completely redone. They promised to return on Wednesday to fix the issue, but Friday has arrived, and no one has come or even contacted us. It is now 8:00 p.m.
There is also a serious leak nearby that they did not mention or offer to repair. This is especially disappointing because we paid for their “VIP service” and expected a thorough inspection, clear communication, and professional workmanship.
Because Monday is Labor Day, we may not have our stove connected or hot water available until at least Tuesday. We also cannot hire another company because the original company has not refunded our nearly $3,000 payment.
The lack of communication, preparation, and responsibility has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Chris and Christian came out today to do some repairs on our house today. They were quick and professional! We’d been dealing with a leak in our garage. The entire process was a lot quicker and easier than I ever expected. They even wear booties in the house which is a thoughtful touch! We can’t thank or recommend Chris, Christian, and the entire Jake’s crew enough for their quick help and professionalism!
