Ryan and Jonathan saved the day! If you are unsure of a quote you received, I highly recommend giving Ryan and his team a call. We were quoted a substantially higher amount for cleaning our furnace blower plus mislead on the necessity to change the igniter. Ryan came for a free second opinion and genuinely gave his opinion on neither being required. We still wanted to get the blower cleaned and Jonathan did an amazing job. Integrity will be our HVAC company going forward.

Replacing your HVAC is expensive so you want to know you are getting good equipment for a fair price. Integrity delivered that and more for us. After quotes from 4 vendors, Integrity offered a great Lennox system (variable, multi-stage heat, variable, two-stage AC) for less than the mid-tier equipment of the other vendors and nearly 50% less than than the biggest vendor. They are a small shop so install was scheduled for a few days out but on install day they were on-time, professional, and super efficient (less than 6 hours to fully replace air handler, heat pump with new pad, and smart thermostat). We were 100% satisfied with Integrity and definitely recommend you consider them for your HVAC needs!
