This company is amazing! They are honest and they are actually HVAC repairmen. Most companies we had come out to our house were just salesmen and they knew very little about HVAC, they seemed much more focused on trying to upsell us.
The company who installed our last HVAC unit told us that our unit was leaking freon and the repair would be $6,000+ and it would make the most sense to buy a new unit.
We asked if it mattered that our unit was only 9 years old and they said that since the old home owners purchased the unit and we didn't get it transferred over to our name that the 10 year warranty was invalid and we were looking at spending between $10,000-$20,000 on a new system. :(
Josh came to look at our unit. When we told him it was 9 years old he immediately called the manufacturer himself and they told him it was in fact under warranty and we would only have to pay for labor and freon but the part that was worth about $4,000 was completely free!
They got us on their schedule and installed the new part within less than a week and my heat and A/C are working great!
Thank you Josh and your company for being honest and taking care of people. You saved us thousands of dollars and so much stress!

Duane was really relatable and was very professional. We liked him so much. Hoping to further build trust and confidence with House of Service as time goes by. The experience with the finance company was the polar opposite and scarey. We canceled that as we feared working with them would be one hurdle after another.

Absolutely recommend House of Service. This is the second time that I’ve used them. Today was on my mini-split. Last time was my furnace. Both times Dwayne has been the service person. He is totally professional and competent. Extremely reasonable in pricing. Thank you House Of Service.

We had a truly great experience with House of Service. Our near 20 year-old furnace stopped working during a recent cold spell that included sub-zero temperatures. They came out the same day to inspect it, and by the next afternoon we had a new furnace installed. With such cold temperatures and all the worrying about pipes freezing, etc., they really came through for us and helped us through an unpleasant time. Yet, when they came out, they didn't pressure us to buy a new furnace or to buy any particular model of furnace. They just explained all the different options including repairing our old furnace, and then they let us choose the option we liked best. I highly recommend them.
