My furnace kept tripping its breakers & turning off during the subzero temperatures this past week. I saw that the installation was done by Breedlove-Dobbs which is now Hoosier Indoor Air. I’d always used Breedlove-Dobbs when I previously lived in Indianapolis having known the Rich family since 1982. I was thrilled to hear that while the name had changed, it was still run by the Rich family, as their service had always been superb. The receptionist was so friendly & helpful. She saw a repairman had just finished a job nearby & would be at my door in 20 minutes. True to her word, Damion arrived, covers on his shoes & ready to thoroughly test my system which is only 10 years old to see what the problem was. It turned out to be I just needed a new filter. The roads were still questionable so he suggested Amazon, helped me order it, suggested I get a subscription for every 4 months, showed me exactly how to install it & it arrived overnight. I also asked about & purchased an extremely reasonably priced service contract. My furnace has been running smoothly ever since he left. I highly recommend Hoosier Indoor Air and Damion

We had an excellent experience with Damion from Hoosier Indoor Air. He was professional, honest, and incredibly personable. Damion spent a great deal of time thoroughly checking everything, and this is the first time I’ve ever felt that a basic service one-day fee was truly well worth it. He walked us through all of our options, gave us practical tips to help in the meantime, and made sure we understood what was going on every step of the way.
We had another company come out previously that gave us an outrageous quote, and Damion took the time to explain what we actually needed, why, and what may have happened with the other company’s assessment. We never felt any pressure to make a decision, just genuinely informed and supported. I would highly recommend Damion and Hoosier Indoor Air.

I have been a customer of Hoosier Indoor Air for several years now, and their customer service and knowledge base are impeccable. Every representative that has come to inspect my furnace has answered every one of my questions, even the most mundane, With the upmost respect and clarity. They’re open and honest, which I appreciated greatly when I had an unexpected furnace and air-conditioning replacement last year. Not once did I feel that they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes in order to make a quick buck.If you are looking for a company that treats you like a person rather than a series of dollar signs, consider Hoosier Indoor Air.

Jacob was our technician, and even though he’s a young guy, he showed an excellent attitude and strong work ethic from start to finish. I teased him a bit when he first arrived, and he just smiled and got right to work until the job was completely done. When it came time to collect payment—which in my opinion can sometimes be the hardest part because you never know how that moment will go—he handled it confidently and professionally. He may be young, but he’s a solid worker and clearly well-trained.
Jeff was also extremely knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy or trying to sell us on just any system. Instead, he took the time to call, explain everything clearly, and walk us through our options. He even encouraged us to take the time we needed and get a second opinion if we wanted.
Overall, this is a great company, and I highly recommend them.

Damion is always a pleasure. Very courteous & does a thorough job. He always lets me know ahead of time what to expect as far as my furnace goes & my warranty. I purchased a new furnace from Hoosier indoor in February of 2025. Damion has been my service guy every time I’m due for a checkup for warranty purposes. I’m pleased with the consistency, customer service, and Hoosier Indoor Air as company. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for maintenance of equipment or new hvac equipment.
