Damian came out last week because my AC was failing to get as cold as I had set my temp. He explained that I just have a very old system that is having trouble keeping up. He showed me all of his calculations and results. He didn’t try to sell me a new system. He explained that I most likely have another 3-5 years but to just start pricing them out in the next couple of years. He was professional, personable, witty and just a super great guy. I chose this company because it’s family owned with a low number of employees. I made the right choice for sure! I will never call anyone else.

Andy is great! We have had Andy come to our house more than once for service and he always does an awesome job! Andy takes his time to explain what he is doing and answers all questions. My husband and I are very happy with Hoosier Indoor Air and the technicians.

Monte was professional, patient and thorough, did an excellent job of explaining the computer portion of my Bryant system and showing me how to use the controller thermostat. The diagnostic price was very fair, especially considering his knowledge base and the time he spent here. I will definitely be staying with this company moving forward.

Hoosier Indoor air was great! Were able to come and fix our broken AC unit the same day we called! Damion was great, quicker worker and very helpful. We are so grateful and you have definitely earned a life long customer!! :)

Our AC stopped working in the evening and they were able to come out the next day. Damion was very knowledgeable and professional. As a first time homeowner, he was able to answer all of my questions and provide a lot more information on what to plan for. He fixed our unit within a few minutes and we are cooling off in this summer heat. Would definitely recommend!
