I have used Hoosier Indoor Air for several years. They replaced my previous heat pump and air conditioner with a much better system than what I originally had. Their service is excellent from both the office and the technicians. They have a very prompt response time and the service techs are very knowledgeable. The techs explain everything they are doing as they are working and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. It’s hard to find service providers you can trust but I feel like I finally have with Hoosier Indoor Air.

Brad and Jacob did a wonderful job installing our heating and cooling unit. They stayed busy the whole time and kept us informed of what they were doing throughout the whole process. They both were very polite and arrived when they said they would.
