Monte was professional, patient and thorough, did an excellent job of explaining the computer portion of my Bryant system and showing me how to use the controller thermostat. The diagnostic price was very fair, especially considering his knowledge base and the time he spent here. I will definitely be staying with this company moving forward.

It’s the day of repair… my phone rings, it’s the office letting me know the tech scheduled to do the repair is sick today.
They let me know that there is still a chance for the repair to be completed today. (Yea, right, someone finishing early enough AND willing to stay late on a Friday - highly unlikely).
Just after lunch my phone rings, the office letting me know that someone (meet Brad B) can be to my house in about 45 minutes.
By the time I got home he was finishing up and the AC was running.
Very good company with incredible employees.

I have used Hoosier Indoor Air for several years. They replaced my previous heat pump and air conditioner with a much better system than what I originally had. Their service is excellent from both the office and the technicians. They have a very prompt response time and the service techs are very knowledgeable. The techs explain everything they are doing as they are working and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. It’s hard to find service providers you can trust but I feel like I finally have with Hoosier Indoor Air.

I have no complaints on the work or the service tech. They did a great job. The price is absurd. I had another licensed HVAC technician that came out to diagnose my issue and was willing to do the labor but was unable to get the warranty part due to not being a license Bryant Dealer. His charge was going to be $160 for labor to diagnosis and fix the issue...the only problem was getting the part under warranty. He did not end up charging anything for the diagnosis since he could not perform the repair. I contacted Hoosier since they are a licensed Bryant Dealer and told them what the other technician diagnosed but of course they had to do their own diagnosis for $89. They then also charged $513 for the repair for a total of $602 for "re-diagnosing" exactly what I told them the other HVAC technician diagnosed was wrong and 1 hour of labor to fix it. Good way to make money one time, but not a good way to keep customers.

Andy did a great job! He troubleshooted, fixed the problem, and explained thoroughly how the system works. We signed up with a maintenance plan with them to hopefully prolong any big HVAC repairs in the future. Highly recommend!
