The plumbers were able to come
Same day that I called for service. They were polite, efficient, and explained everything to me. They did find a few problems with my sump pump system and educated me on the issues, but did not pressure me to make any unnecessary fixes. I appreciated their level of professionalism, cleanliness, and skill. Highly recommend!

We had a pipe leak in our basement. My daughter recommended plumber Dave, he did some impressive work for her in the past so we called to see if we can get him to stop by. Was able to schedule the job with him. We were given the time slot of 1-3pm. We received a call from Dave earlier than expected, he was open to drop by before our given time. We were delighted by this because it never works out this way with other contractors we’ve worked with, usually we’re waiting longer periods from the time we’re given. He fixed the problem in no time, explained the issue and said what we needed to do to prevent it from happening again. Extremely appreciated the prompt service. Very pleased with the politeness, knowledge and performance this companies team provides. Will use them again in the future.

The salesman (Steve) scammed me big time. He didn't give me all the information needed. He walked into my house and saw my things and sized me up.
He never showed me a catalog. Not only that, but he never explained to me that it was a modular unit.
It seems like he showed me one cheaper model and one expensive model and nothing midrange. The cheaper model wasn't a 2 stage furnace, but the expensive one was… Almost like It's either this, or that… I didnt even know this technology existed and picked this unit because of the 2stage furnace.
The unit he sold me was a 2 ton Daikin Fit for $13000. I live in a 2000sq ft house which shows that Steve didnt ask me any questions. He made it seem like I was getting this new state-of-the-art system that was powerful. Google says a 2ton unit covers up to 1200 sq ft.
I contacted him a day or two later and asked him to please contact my wife because she had more questions that I couldn't think of when he was here. He told me no because he had a family thing out of state which I completely understand… However… The profession thing to do would have been having someone else contact her. Its almost like he was avoiding me all together because had we got the correct information, it was in the cancellation window... And he ghosted me in order to not give me a chance…
She spoke to him today, and he made it seem like I was stupid and that I didn't understand how to use the thermostat when that's not the problem. The letters are too small, and I shouldn't have to use an app just to access my AC or heat. He then started to gaslight my wife by telling her he spent 2 hours explaining everything in person to me. That was not true. Half the time we talked about DnD and statues. He never once explained anything to me. He asked me what I was looking. I told him I didn't need anything fancy.. My house is very well insulated. He said he understood and left. We didn't talk about styles.. He didn't show a catalog.. He told me he would write me up a few different options.
When I got the invoice it was for a single AC unit, That same AC unit plus a furnace and a premium unit that looked like a minisplit. I asked him about the minisplit look, and he called me back to explain what was. He didnt really explain much else.. Just telling me why I would want the style of outside unit. Saying this was the one he had in his home. I asked Steve then about the thermostat and his exact words were "all the units come with the honey well thermostat except the fit which comes with the one+ Pro" There isn't a one+ pro. I thought I was getting a cool updated smart thermostat but what they sold me was a 2022 unit. He never said I could keep my nest if I went with the cheaper model. I thought I was getting a cool new smart touch screen.
I was never shown what the thermostat actually looked like because had I seen it I would have said no on the spot..
Furthermore, I didn't see this at first but when clicking on the links, it takes you to a page that does show it however, I didn't notice it, and it wasn't explained to me that I could even click links on the invoice. On the invoice it says One + Pro. Even if I had clicked on the links, none of them say one + pro... I would have assumed it was a different model. It's almost as if its worded that way to make it seem shiny...
I sent Brady some mean texts that called his company scammers and liars. I never said anything about him directly. Brady did in fact lie to me a handful of times. Because of this, They won't honor my warranty until the president of the company scolds me.
He sent me a condescending text telling me that he will not go over my issues but will talk to me for no longer than 20 mins, and he won't send a tech to my house to service my unit that seems to have a messed up thermostat temp until he discusses a few things with me first. I use voice to text so in my text to Brady a few of the things that were said are typos like You're and your. (As in your tech even told me Steve has done this kind of thing before)

I was due for my free plumbing inspection which they reminded me by email. Jason and Dontril came out and inspected everything.
After their inspection, Jason pointed out to me one or two things that needed my attention in the near future. I always appreciate the service because my community tend to have a lot of water problems due to the age of the property. They are very professional, easy to work with & attentive to my needs.
