Same day that I called for service. They were polite, efficient, and explained everything to me. They did find a few problems with my sump pump system and educated me on the issues, but did not pressure me to make any unnecessary fixes. I appreciated their level of professionalism, cleanliness, and skill. Highly recommend!

I called HomeSense to help me with a whole house fan repair, scheduling with them was super easy and they were very responsive. Steve came out quickly and diagnosed the issue for me. He was thorough and did not use heavy pressure sales tactics on me. He literally made my day and told me he would get HomeSense to schedule the repair asap. He left and not even 30 minutes later Ayana called and put me on the schedule for my repair within days! I am so super satisfied with this company and recommend them highly!

We had a pipe leak in our basement. My daughter recommended plumber Dave, he did some impressive work for her in the past so we called to see if we can get him to stop by. Was able to schedule the job with him. We were given the time slot of 1-3pm. We received a call from Dave earlier than expected, he was open to drop by before our given time. We were delighted by this because it never works out this way with other contractors we’ve worked with, usually we’re waiting longer periods from the time we’re given. He fixed the problem in no time, explained the issue and said what we needed to do to prevent it from happening again. Extremely appreciated the prompt service. Very pleased with the politeness, knowledge and performance this companies team provides. Will use them again in the future.

I was due for my free plumbing inspection which they reminded me by email. Jason and Dontril came out and inspected everything.
After their inspection, Jason pointed out to me one or two things that needed my attention in the near future. I always appreciate the service because my community tend to have a lot of water problems due to the age of the property. They are very professional, easy to work with & attentive to my needs.
