My experience with Home Heroes was absolutely fantastic! I called them in the morning with a sump pump issue (my primary went out) and they were out to diagnose and repair the same day. The initial call with Katie was great and she got me scheduled. Then, the service manager, Dan, followed up quickly to discuss the situation prior to the guys (Ben and Justin) heading out. Dan, Ben, and Justin were top notch! They answered my hundreds of questions and were extremely patient and informative while helping me understand my options. Additionally, they were VERY professional and treated my home very well. I could not be more pleased with them (and Home Heroes) and my decision to contact them for help. Well done, Team! I’ll be referring you to all my friends and family! Thank you!

I called 2 other companies before calling Home Heroes. The other 2 could not get to our home til after 1:00. I called Home Heroes and John was at my door by 9:30. We needed a new furnace to be installed and Home Heroes had it to us and installed by the next day.
Our installers were Sam and Fernando. They were very personable and did an excellent job!
We will highly recommend Home Heroes to our family and friends!

I do not recommend HomeHeros at all. I signed up for their maintance plan for $11.99 a month. They sent 2 technicians out. One to service the HVAC, and the other to service the water heater. They spent more time trying to find problems in other areas of my home then actually servicing my system.
Then they go out and sit in their vehicles for an hour until their boss calls you, and gets approval for these so called needed repairs. I have a brand new home that has had several building inspections to get the best rates on insurance. None of what they suggested was actual needed, but I fell for it the first year. They got an additional $400 out of me to raise the drain on my water softener, and put in a back trap, or something.
The following year they came out, and did the same thing. They found a bunch of other things wrong in my house that needed to be corrected. This time, they said the trap under the sink wasn't high enough. I declined their suggested repairs this time.
Before they came out my furnace ran perfect, and was able to keep the house warm. The same day they were at my house, my furnace stopped heating the house. This time they told me my HVAC was defective, and needed a part. They informed me that the unit was under parts warranty, but their labor to replace the part would be $342. They also said that this might not fix the problem, so it could cost more. They said it was just a coincidence that my furnace stopped heating my house on the day of their visit. I again declined their repair.
Instead, I called Airtron to come look at my HVAC system, and they found that a wire had been switched on my HVAC's pcb to a terminal that causes the unit to not operate correctly. After the Airtron tech switched my wires back, my furnace has been operating correctly again.
I'm not sure if the HomeHeros tech did this deliberately, or he just didn't know what he was doing. Either way, I will never hire this company again.
I even called the owner of the company, and explained the whole situation to her. She said she would get to the bottom of this, and call me back. I've never heard back from her.
In my opinion, management is responsible. Someone has trained these employees to operate like this.

Home Heroes AC Repair has been out twice. They have had good communication before arriving and great communication during. Today Jon came out for our annual summer maintenance and got us all cleaned up and ready to got for the heat. He got us some quotes on additional work we might want and highlighted some items to watch out for.

I recently had a new water softener installed by “Hero,” and I’m very satisfied with their service. Faron was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. The installation was done quickly and neatly.
In addition to installing the water softener, he also replaced my old garbage disposal with a new one and fixed a leaking bathtub. He kindly explained how to properly use and maintain the equipment as well.
The office staff was very polite on the phone, and I believe their customer service and follow-up support are excellent. What I especially appreciate is that Hero provides both plumbing and HVAC services, so I can get everything taken care of at once. I’m very happy with their overall service and highly recommend them.
