From our first conversations, calls and texts......communication was excellent. Ever person at every step was friendly. You can hear a smile through the phone. They worked with us to replace our water softener. Travis was a total pleasure to work with. He arrived on time, was patient and very good at his profession. Highly recommend 👌

I’m so happy with the service I received from Home Heroes! They came out and fixed my sink quickly and did an amazing job. The technician was very friendly. Explain explained everything clearly and make sure the problem was taken care of.
I really appreciate that they were honest and gave me a fair price. It’s nice to find a company that does great work and actually cares about their customers. I would definitely recommend Home Heroes to anybody needing help with home repairs.

Ben and Fernando came out to do my bi-yearly HVAC and heater maintenance. They did a great job clearly explaining everything and showing me exactly where my systems were at. There was an issue with my HVAC and they provided a fair price to resolve. Very quick turnaround time too! 10/10 recommend

Professional, Knowledgable & Friendly
Home Heros Plumbing Heating & Air is an outstanding family-owned company. Dan and Ben were fantastic — knowledgeable, helpful, and truly committed to great service. They made the whole process of finding the cause of my increased usage water and resolving the issue by replacing the toilet easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for a reliable plumbing team in the Noblesville area and want to support a small local business, this is the one to choose.

I recently had a new water softener installed by “Hero,” and I’m very satisfied with their service. Faron was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. The installation was done quickly and neatly.
In addition to installing the water softener, he also replaced my old garbage disposal with a new one and fixed a leaking bathtub. He kindly explained how to properly use and maintain the equipment as well.
The office staff was very polite on the phone, and I believe their customer service and follow-up support are excellent. What I especially appreciate is that Hero provides both plumbing and HVAC services, so I can get everything taken care of at once. I’m very happy with their overall service and highly recommend them.
