Home Heroes has been great! Very communicative, very responsive, very attentive. Anytime I have mentioned something wasn't done to a certain standard, they jumped to evaluate and correct it. They updated the plumbing in the entire home for me, replacing the old cast iron pipes. It was a big job. They even came back to set the toilets, vanities and sinks once all of those were ready as well. Highly recommend for homeowners and home investors! It's a bonus that they are all legit heroes too, home from serving our country. It's a great thing they're doing for our Veterans. Dan was my pricing guy and Cody was my lead installer. Great people! Great company!

The guys did a super job. The entire job was dug by hand which surprised me. After the following morning the city came out and gave his Blessing they came out quickly and filled in the trench they replaced the pipe and smooth over and placed River Rock where they had it remove the walkway to the front door. I highly recommend this company.

Great communication and service.
Dan was on the finance side of things. He put together three options for me to choose from. The crew was out two different mornings and Dan called each time to let me know what was going on.
Ben is an on site member/worker. There were a couple guys he had with him as well. Ben let me know what was going on and he answered any questions I had. They fixed what another contractor messed up. They were all very polite and knowledgeable. Thanks for getting me squared away and doing things the right way.

Home Heroes put in our air conditioner and furnace a few years ago. It was a great experience so when it came to getting a water softener it was a no brainer to go with them again. Unfortnately upon inspection they found some plumbing issues but they made the bad news feel a little better when they explained everything. Although pricey we knew we needed to complete the repairs. Dan made the estimates process very easy to understand. Cody, Jacob, Darrick, Tye and Tobias were respectful of our home and explained things as things came up to keep us up to speed. When they were finished Cody went over everything with us. I highly recommend Home Heroes and the family orientated vibe is a game changer when completing essential home repairs!

We were just first time customers and Home Heroes was fantastic every step of the way. We had a bad a/c situation resulting from a prior company’s work and they treated us incredibly fairly, the customer service rep, service manager and technicians - John and Dalton - made everything right and I was very happy with the service and cost. We will definitely use them again and I plan to switch to annual hvac maintenance with them as well as other services as needed.
