My 15 year old was terrified of getting two cavities filed. Dr. Josh and his staff did an amazing job with her!! Kudos to you and your team.

It was fast and easy to schedule an appointment. The staff was very helpful in getting me what I needed and spent a lot of time with me on the phone helping me with treatment needs and answering questions. They are friendly, trustworthy people who care about their patients. The dentist was good and didn't cause pain when he numbed me. I think overall this is a great choice and I would definitely give them a try!

I will start by saying the staff is very kind and understanding, but the service they have provided thus far went downhill so insanely fast. I have gotten maybe 7-10 fillings from this dentist this past year. Things started out alright, although i definitely felt like the work was rushed and that the dentist/assistant really cared more about speed than quality. until after one of my last appointments, when fillings started coming out. At first it wasn't a huge deal, because i believed the first broken filling had been on me. fell on my face in june and chipped a front tooth, and a filling i had gotten in that tooth came right out with the chipped part. Left a big gap between my chipped tooth and the one beside it. Went back to the dentist to get it fixed, they filled in the hole and fixed the chipped tooth with filling or whatever it was. next day, i bit down on a piece of BREAD and the whole fake part of the tooth along with the gap filling came right out as one big piece. a week later, another filling on the other side of my mouth came out. a little annoying, but i just thought "whatever". Until 2 more came right out in the next month or two after that. I am writing this because as of right now, another filling came out about a week and a half ago, ironically on a day i missed my appointment (which is my own fault for missing, but still. all fillings were far too rushed and never should have came out in the first place). about 2 days ago, another big chunk of filling in one of my teeth broke off. no dentist i have ever been to in my life has left me with fillings that came out like this. i still have fillings in my mouth from when i was 9 years old, but they couldn't give me fillings that lasted a year? every single one i got this year has either popped out or is very worn down. even dental assistant who took a look at me about 2 months ago claimed that the reason fillings were wearing down and popping out was due to the fact that they were rushed and weren't given enough time to fully set under the uv light. there should be no reason for any dentist to rush like this and leave the patient to deal with the results of their shortcoming. great people, poor work ethic

I’ve gone to this dentist twice now, and have only great experiences. Everyone there is very friendly and thorough. They took their time listening and answering all my questions and concerns. They were very careful and gentle, making sure I’m comfortable by communicating what was going on, guiding me through the visit, and would make sure I’m alright by checking in on me and asking if there is any discomfort.
Very gentle and caring dentists. I appreciate the amount of communication, I’ve been to countless dentists that hardly say a word, and just take over and leave. That can be very stressful for some people who are uncomfortable going to dentists.
But my experience here was so different from my previous dentists, it was not like that at all. Probably one of the favorite dentists. I greatly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist to visit.

11/20/24 update - due to a missed piece from one of the root canals i received from this dentist, I now have an infection in my tooth and i have to see a specialist and pay almost 2k to fix what they messed up. BEWARE.
TL;DR - Don't go here. They promised me 2 days on my flipper and it took over a month, I had to be toothless for my daughter’s 1st birthday party. And when I got my new tooth it was the complete opposite of what I wanted.
I do not suggest this dentist. I went to them for 3 years, since 2018. I always thought they had the best interest for me. After my last appointment I vowed never to go back.
I have had a few issues with this dentist, but this one takes the cake. I needed a root canal on tooth #7 I believe (top right tooth next to my front tooth) and I got it, and he put a crown. That same day I left it fell out. Tried to call, no answer. That was back in 2018. I got some temp fill from walmart to fix it until I could get in. Well, the post he left for the tooth was so narrow it snapped off the next day. I went right in and he re attached it to the little stub I had left ( I am talking less than a centimeter). I paid $350 I believe for root canal and crown because I had good insurance. Fast forward to it falling off again 2021. I went in to get it re attached twice and was recommended a bridge by their dental assistant I believe. I was going to go that route until the dentist told me I only needed a flipper. I was hesitant but ultimately agreed with him because of the cost difference. He told me it would take a max of two days to get it back. I asked twice just to verify. I paid in full, $600 for the flipper. I believe that was August 18th, 2021? I told them I NEEDED the tooth back before September 9th because it was my daughters 1st birthday and I didn't want to be toothless. They said no problem it would be, since it was 3 weeks away. A week went by, no tooth. Another week, no tooth. 3 weeks and then it was my daughters birthday. Luckily I found stuff on amazon that filled the gap for the time being. I finally called in the middle of september and the receptionist told me their lab had stopped returning their calls, a week before I had even got my original tooth pulled! They just expected them to answer. I made an appointment to go in to get another cast made, and when I showed up the dental assistant told me all of the missing casts had just shown up in the mail. So she puts in my flipper and literally nothing about it is right. The shape was wrong, it left a visible gap in between and it was the brightest shade of white they had. My teeth are not white, so it stuck out worse than just not having a tooth there. I wanted to cry. I am a stay at home mom who doesn't just have cash lying around, so $600 down the drain killed me. She put some type of filling on it to make it the same color of my teeth, but that made it super bulky. When I closed my mouth you could see where it was. But there was nothing else they could do. The color chipped off a while ago and I refuse to go back. I am now hunting for a new dentist and no one will fix the flipper, so I will have to throw more money down the drain.
