I discovered that sump pump discharge drain was damaged. A technician diagnosed the problem with a drop in camera. Very Cool. I decided a new line was needed. The work was completed within a reasonable time at a fair price.

Had new toilets installed today. The nicest young man did a great job and was very polite. His name was Gordon and deserves five stars excellent service would recommend them to anyone

They are very sweet when you call and no one mentions the fee for coming out. If I had known I would have called someone else. The tech came out walked around my house twice told me I had to pay someone else to remove the cabinets to get to the leak then left. For that 10 minutes they charged $120. When I booked the appointment they should have stated there was a fee for coming out so I could have made an informed decision. Thanks for nothing

I called utility shield at eight in the morning last Friday, Gordon’s called about an hour later to tell me they would be here between 12 and 5.
They called at 9:30 at night to tell me they are about a half hour out.
That was five days ago. Still haven’t heard from them.
I hired another plumber that was here in about 45 minutes.
Shouldn’t I be reimbursed?
