I have been using Good Guys home Services for many years and again, the crew did not disappoint this year. This year was for routine maintenance; I had a technician named Rigo perform the service for me. Rigo was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional while explaining everything he was checking and why it was necessary for maintenance. The next day I contacted Bryan from Good Guys with a concern that I had. Bryan stopped what he was doing and came right over to my house to check the concern and retested a component that tested out as working as designed. The next day Bryan and Rigo were on the way to a job and they stopped by to ask if everything was ok again. While they were there, Sebastian came by in a separate vehicle to ask if everything was ok before he continued to his next stop. Good Guys Technicians went over and above for me !! If you are looking for a reputable company for any type of AC service do not hesitate to contact Good Guys Home Services !!

Josh did a great job! He was professional, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. He also took his time to explain what the issue was and answer any questions I had. We highly recommend Josh and Good Guys for any service.

Very happy with Good Guys. Aaron has gone above and beyond helping us diagnose and fine tune our sump system, and I love that he is my contact point and systems expert, all in one. On top of that, it was such a breath of fresh air to consult without high pressure sales techniques. I trust Aaron. This company does things refreshing differently. Highly recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Danny went above and well beyond our expectations. He replaced a furnace for my recently widowed elderly mother-in-law who lives alone in a different county than us. She felt comfortable with him being there. He treated her like family. He gave us honest information, didn’t pressure her, and took the time to make sure she was comfortable with so much information at once. He kept my wife and I up to date with what was going on, and made sure we discussed privately together before coming to the best informed decision that met her needs. He texted me and called her to make sure it was ok that he arrived at the promised time. If I could clone him, I would. You often don’t find the honesty, the personalization, and the caring compassion in which he provided. I will use this company again. 💯

I was very pleased with the service Jackson Gray gave. He accepted my job request immediately, and kept in contact with me until he arrived . Once he started working, he explained everything he was doing and why it was important. He answered all my questions and was very professional. A bonus was he is very personable and a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend both Good Guys and Jackson!
