I’ve had the pleasure of working with Craig Copeland from Good Guys Heating & Air for several years, and I can honestly say he’s one of the best service professionals I’ve ever worked with.
Craig has been maintaining our furnace and AC for years, and every visit reinforces why I trust him. Most recently, he came out to repair a soft duct box panel that had blown open due to a poor installation by the original installer. What could have turned into a major project requiring drywall removal in our stairwell to access the area became a straightforward repair thanks to Craig’s experience, creativity, and problem-solving skills. He found a much smarter way to access the box and completed the repair without the disruption and expense of opening up walls.
Beyond his technical expertise, Craig is an outstanding communicator. He takes the time to explain how things work, answer questions, and help homeowners understand their HVAC systems. A few winters ago, he worked with me to diagnose and understand why our high-limit sensors were tripping, and I’ve learned a tremendous amount from him over the years. No matter how detailed or challenging my questions are, he always has a thoughtful, knowledgeable answer.
Craig consistently delivers 5-star workmanship, but what really sets him apart is the kind of person he is - honest, professional, patient, and genuinely invested in helping his customers. On July 1st, the house kept getting hotter and hotter throughout the day. I just assumed it was because the heat index was over 100 degrees outside and the AC couldn't keep up. However, my neighbor told me her house was chilly. It was after hours, but I knew I needed to make an emergency repair request. Jackson Gray called me within two minutes of me hitting "submit" and told me he was on his way!! He identified the problem right away, had the part I needed (still under warranty, thankfully), and was done in about five minutes! Super nice young man who knows his stuff! I can't recommend Good Guys (and Jackson!) enough!! Every service call over the past 10 years in my house has been fantastic.
